Most companies did not respond or told us that they would come on Monday. That was not good news! Prime Appliance answered our call & gave us a 4 hour window. Their technician Dave called and said he was in Chandler and would be there in 40 mins. He arrived and diagnosed the problem in 3 mins! We needed a new electronics board and that the power outage blew out the 16 year old one. He said he would check his truck to see if he had one.
