It was so perfect we came back the next day for another meal. My girlfriend got the same meal twice: Scrambled eggs on a croissant with hash browns. She also had a fruit cup. The eggs are farm fresh (most likely from the nearby farm) and the hash browns are prepared in a skillet without a ton of grease. The fruit cup was fresh and sweet with cantaloupe, red grapes, and blueberries. The first day, I had their quiche special (sausage, red pepper, and rosemary infused gouda). The quiche was light and very satisfying. I also had a fruit cup. On day two, I had the light and delicious Greek omelet (feta, tomato, spinach, and onion) with hash browns and buttered rye toast. The egg yolk was left slightly runny which I enjoy from time to time. For the price I'd have preferred a bit more bacon...but this is the world we live in now I suppose.
