If you know what you need, and can grab it and go, this will be fine. Some nice folks work here. But boy, do I have a story. I went in looking for advice on what kind of sander to buy. Got some good advice, and ended up deciding on three separate sanders. The process up to now took 10-15 minutes because they were busy, and I told the guy helping me that I wasn't in a hurry. No biggie. This is where it got weird. They had one sander in stock, and were going to order the other two. At the info desk they gave me two sheets and the sander they had in stock, and directed me to the checkout after alerting the clerk there to make two receipts (maybe to keep track of the special order?). The clerk was confused, and asked if he could take care of the next, easier customer first. Okaaay. Then another checkout clerk came up . . . and took care of the NEXT person in line. (I was right there.) Then the first clerk started to wait on the THIRD person, who was kind enough to ask about whether I was next, to which the clerk replied as he gestured dismissively at me, "He's waiting." Which blew me away, but I figured would make a good story . . . until he started to take the FOURTH customer, at which point I thought, "perhaps if they lose a $350 order for three tools, they'll prioritize customer service." So I left, and ordered the sanders online through the other Ace in town. The Next Day!!! someone from this location called me, and told me the sander I'd ordered was in! So they apparently placed the order in spite of not ever seeing my credit card or getting my signature, expecting to bill me for it. I explained the above. Hopefully I won't be billed for an extra sander or three. Let the (prospective) buyer beware. Someone needs to spend some time on training employees at this location. Yikes! I continue to like Menards for lumber, hardware, tools, etc…read more With the Covid19 emergency going on you'll find necessary steps are being taken to help protect workers and customers. Masks are required of customer, and the staff is wearing them. Social distancing is encouraged, and when very busy, lines at the entry door are spacing appropriately. Inside, floor markings remind those queuing to checkout to maintain appropriate separation. Plastic shields are in place at checkout registers. And the occasional 11% discount on purchases has been extended beyond the normal one-week time. Thank you for working to protect folks during this unusual medical crisis.

I was on a time crunch due to countertop being placed. They contacted the rep. Needless to say I was given excuse why they were damsged or wrong. Wood spilts, Menards ordered wrong. My island was even missing a complete back side. Some how this was my fault. Menards told me they would help me out and make sure I was taken care of. The rep for Cardell said over the phone he would make this right. then when that changed I refused to speak over the phone and communicate only by email because of both Menards and Cardell rep story changing. Then I get the attached email. I'm in total disbelief on this. And they say" our number one goal is customer satisfaction ". Obviously not.

Click on the "Accept Delay" button in the email which stated that I had to click on this button by August 15th or the order would be cancelled. Clicking on this button sent me to the Lowe's website with no indication that by clicking was ever recognized. Delayed again. Same scenario. This process continued. Then I get an email telling me that one of the two doors on order got cancelled. WHY?! [a] I clicked on all of your buttons [b] It was a FULL MONTH before the deadline stated in the email! I had to reorder the door. There was no un-cancelling the order. BUT, the door was already on its way to our local Lowe's store. In the end, I received BOTH doors (kudos to Ezri and the local staff!), but this whole scenario was WAY too painful.

The 10 year warranty was very misleading. It did not cover labor which exceeds the value of the machine.
