First time was during the pandemic, and they were the only ones who would come to look at our fridge. They were able to get us a part- even though it took a while due to the supply chain problems caused by the pandemic. Two years later the compressor failed again- not Ellis' fault. It's all on LG. The 3rd time, we called Ellis again and they came right out. But 3 strikes and LG was gone! Then a week ago our dryer - an almost 30 year old Maytag- started acting up. Ellis came right out, diagnosed the problem, got the parts and fixed the dryer. He came when he said he would, and kept us in the loop in terms of getting parts in. We would recommend Ellis repair service to everyone.

The Friday before, I realized my fridge had stopped cooling/freezing, so called them at 1pm. They said they were really booked but tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone. That didn't fix the problem, so Craig said he would have a couple service guys stop over within the next hour or two to see if they could get it going. They ended up fixing my fridge that afternoon despite their busy schedule. Wow, that is great service you don't see very often. I am, and will continue to be, a loyal customer of Home Appliance. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are!
