From the first contact with Todd I knew I was working with a person of integrity who took pride in his work. He was very communicative and clear about his schedule, pricing and the process of removal. I needed a few large trees in precarious places removed and many that needed pruning. They took great care and ensured my property was clean of all debris before they left. I would highly recommend them and I would certainly use them again. Excellent service all around!

We're especially thankful he did--because when the Dig Safe team arrived to mark the area, one of them smelled gas. She immediately contacted Liberty Utilities, and when they came to inspect, they discovered a leak in our furnace, which had been installed just three years ago. Liberty Utilities promptly shut off the gas, and we had a plumber come in to make the necessary repairs. Thankfully, everything was fixed and the gas was safely turned back on within four days. Huge thanks to Todd's Tree Service for following Dig Safe protocols. We can't imagine what might have happened if that leak had gone unnoticed. And we can't forget to mention--Todd, your team did an outstanding job with the tree and shrub removal, plus all the extra landscaping. Our yard looks absolutely amazing! Your number is staying in our contacts for good!

After failing to make any progress with another tree service business, I contacted Southern New Hampshire Tree Service and haven't had any better luck with them. I called on July 23 and Keith, the owner, came out the next day to assess the scope of work I was requesting. He repeatedly stated that "this is a big job" (and that is true, my property has been neglected for 13+ years & I have many trees, of varying sizes, to remove). He suggested that I get estimates from at least 3 to 4 different businesses and left without providing his estimate. I was dumbfounded and wasn't sure what to do next (I had the distinct impression that he wasn't interested in doing the job). Being as he came on a Friday, I had to wait out the weekend before I could contact him again. When I did call him, on July 27, Keith told me that he'd have to rent a crane to do the job and that would increase the cost considerably so he'd said that he would send me a list of other businesses, that own their own cranes, for me to contact. As I write this, more than two weeks after, I have not received any information from them. Since this is the 2nd tree service to have failed me, I'm, maybe foolishly, beginning to think it might be personal (perhaps because I am disabled).
