They were extremely professional. It only took 2 days for an estimate, 2 weeks for them to remove two ash trees about 50 feet tall. Fairly large trees. It only took Patrick and Nick about 1 1/2 hours to take out trees. Patrick and Nick were very helpful explaining why our beautiful trees died (diseased). They also gave us names of trees we could replace them with and where to plant them. Left yard super clean. Someone came next morning to remove stumps. Excellent service. read more

very prompt in coming out and giving me a estimate. Don was a very nice gentleman. Said he was 6 weeks out which was fine. November came went did not and didn't hear anything. No communication stating that they were behind in the time frame. Waited called a month later, in December...nothing!! called in January...nothing. And here we are in April, I am beyond baffled. He gave me a wonderful quote and I was willing to do business. But as I run my own business, I know what it's like to have to stay on clients and it can be very overwhelming sometimes, but at least call me back. Requested an estimate on a Friday. Got the estimate Wednesday. THE NEXT DAY they came to remove it. Took two of them less than an hour to take down the tree and clean up the mess. Will use them in the future! read more

We have used Don many times over the past years. Most recently we used him to remove 10 trees from our property. They had to use a crane to lift the sections of trees from where the trees were to the street, where the chipping equipment was located. When they left there was very little sign that they had been there. I would recommend Don to anyone with confidence. read more

Used this tree service once. They caused considerable damage to our yard and refused to help repair it in any way! Definitely would not recommend! They were also extremely rude about the whole thing. Dubois tree service is very reliable, competitive on pricing and is very safety concise.

I booked them to come take down a couple dangerous trees in my back yard in June 2018 after a microburst caused some tree damage. Don called me early October saying he'd be out the following week. I spent the next few weeks without hearing from him at all and not returning my calls. Last week he told my neighbor (not me) he'd be out here the week of 11/8/18. It's already Thursday of this week and I have not had a call back again. It's now been almost 6-months since we booked this. We have a very dangerous tree in our yard that is about to fall. At this point, I am guessing they under bid the project and are now trying to avoid it, but they've told me on 3 separate occasions now that they'd be out here, delaying me from getting another service provider. So, here we are 6-months after booking and I have to start from scratch. I am very sad to have had such a bad experience from a place I thought was reputable. read more

This company is not reputable. He caused considerable damage to my property and my neighbors property, even admitted he was at fault and refuses to take care of it. I will need to hire another tree company to repair his mistakes and a fence company to repair the fence he ruined. Does not return calls or texts but promptly cashed checks. We were so incredibly happy with Dubois Tree Service. They were easy to get ahold of and did an estimate the next day. VERY reasonable price for a very large job! Everyone was super kind and friendly. The cleaned up the area so nicely and even did a little extra down at the end of my driveway. I would highly recommend Dubois Tree Sevice! read more
