He did not give us any written document of the estimate at that time, I received a roughly hand-drawn diagram and estimate by email the following day. It was not as complete, nor detailed as my husband and I were expecting, nor hoping. My husband has multiple times suggested that we start again but was repeatedly told, no, they'll fix it.
