Everyone was hesitant about asking me if I just got piercings because it look like i been having them for a while. Two incidents. Twice. For this I will never go to this location again. Me and a younger black friend who's a woman went here for piercings. The first time I went I was with her. First of all nobody was at the shop when we arrived with our appointment at 1pm. The guy gets there 2 hours late gets us all situated never apologizes and proceeds to pierce my friends septum and then my nose. He never told us how much he was going to charge us until he was done. He ended up charging my friend $293 dollars. But it's cool cuz he gave her a ten dollar discount when we asked why it was so much. wtf. when he asked for a receipt he refused to itemize it and we asked him how much was each item and he said the piercings are expensive because they are authentic. I haven't checked if they're real yet but I will update once I find out. At this point we were just ready to leave so we just asked for instructions on how to take care of our piercings. he very clearly told us don't touch the piercings. I said OK what about if I have to blow my nose because I do have sinus issues. He told me it should be fine just don't touch the piercing with your hand you can blow your nose and you'll be fine. about a week later I went into my bathroom I blew my nose and it immediately started gushing blood I live on the college campus so I went to the health office and they told me to go back to the guy and have him put the nose ring back in. this was of course after they stopped the bleeding and I was fine. As soon as I got home I called the owner of the dubois and he told me oh no problem man come on in tomorrow at 1 PM we'll be open until at least six I told him can I have an appointment for 1 PM tomorrow and he said yes I asked him for instructions on what to do with my piercing since it was messed up at this point and not put back in. He told me oh man don't worry about it just come in make sure you clean it overnight don't put the piercing back in and I will take care of it when you come in tomorrow at 1 PM. We even hung up the phone and right before he hung up he said see you tomorrow at 1 PM. That leads to today. I go to the spot right before I pick up my girl at work and I'm there at 1 PM for my appointment. I wait about an hour and he never Shows. I called and there's no answer so I leave a message for him to call me when he gets a chance so I can come back and that my appointment was at 1 PM. At this point I go pick up my girlfriend take her to eat, drive around a little bit and come back at this point it's about 3 PM and he is still not there the shop wasn't even open basically. with all these factors added together I strongly advise to never come to the shop this man is not professional the shop is a joke they will take advantage of you if they think they can and you may get an infection or hurt from their piercings and they will not help you with it, they won't even call to say that they're not there when they set an appointment with you. That is all I have to say I am very upset right now and I need to get back to my life and find a new piercing spot to take care of this since this location cannot! I originally came here on December 17,2020 to get a small heart scarification on the left side of my cheek when I called the person I spoke with was Zak he said yes it was fine this is all the way In Anaheim About an 1 hour and 30 minutes away from where I live he charged me 200 bucks he didn't numb the area he said it was to close to my eye so he said it was best not to numb it we continued once he was done the heart looked a little misshaped from one side he said "I GUARANTEE ALL MY WORK" come see me when it heals and you want more of a retouch I made an appointment for April 9, 2021 to get a retouch because it had healed and everyone tells me my scar looks like a circle not a heart so I called Zak to tell him I would be going in for a retouch he said fine and he told me too book the appointment online and to write in the description box what I needed it charged me 16 bucks so once the appointment came he called me and asked what we were doing again I let him know it was a retouch for my heart he said ok once I got their after an hour and a half drive to see him he said he had just gotten back from Vegas I'm assuming he was hung over that's why he didn't want to touch it he told me to lay down he looked at it for 5 seconds said ooo yeah it does need a retouch and told me he doesn't touch scars for 6 months but why wouldn't he tell me that before I made the drive it took me longer to get their then for him to look at my scar so he rescheduled for Saturday May 9, 2021 but that isn't 6 months it would be June and on may 8 he texted me that he need to reschedule for Tuesday I said fine he called me again to ask what we're doing I told him a retouch he said can you send me a picture he told me I definitely needed a retouch but if we could reschedule again for Wednesday because he was coming down from big bear and he was in traffic so he wasn't able to make it on time even though he knew he had to come and do the retouch and for like the 4 time he said can we reschedule at this point those were my only two days off I let him now how inconvenient this has all been for me the driving back and fourth the constant rescheduling all he said was next Tuesday I can definitely do it but at this point I had used up my only days off trying to go to him almost two weeks later I texted him for the last time to let him know I was able to go on Tuesday he said yes that's fine come in I was excited finally he was going to fix the shitty circle I mean heart on my face we started to drive to Anaheim I hoped it was finally the last time I got their like around 12:00 the shop doesn't open till 1 so I had time zac called me about 12:30 to let me know he was running late I told him no worries I'll wait so at about 1:18 I got another call saying he was waiting on his roommate because he left his keys for the shop inside of his house but his workers had already opened I still told him no worries I'll wait at about 1:33 I got a message from him say if I could come in tomorrow because he got called into a family emergency so at this point again he wasn't coming honestly it wasn't about the gas it's about the time that I have waisted coming to this shitty guy he was happy to take my money but avoided every opportunity to retouch it now I have a short circle on my face instead of a heart but like he said he guarantees all his work but only if you're going to pay him read more

Bought a nose ring from this guy and he said it would only take a couple of days. After a couple of days I reached out to him to ask if it was ready to which he stated that he totally forgot to call me but he was busy and if he could call me the following Saturday... I said yes.. well this went on and on for over a month and no nose ring after already paying for it and he also never issued a refund. He also is now fighting with a charge back even though I never received it and I can prove with text messages that over a month went by and I never received it. Many of my friends have gotten their noses pierced for a much affordable price. I was very disappointed with how much I had to pay for my nose piercing, when it should have been a fourth of the price. I understand some jewelry is quite expensive but not to this extent.
