I found this place on yelp and I'm so glad I did. It easily located and ample parking. The office is so clean and with a serious chill vibe it's like a mini vacation. The customer service is nothing short that Elite. When you first walk in you're greeted with a smile and instantly whatever fears or concerns you may have are gone. The quality of work is amazing . They don't try to rush you, they actually take time to get to know who you are as an individual. I sat in a massaging chair lol. I was terrified to get a root canal and have anxiety to get any dental work done, at all!! But Dr. Potti and her Team changed all of that. I have absolutely NEVER had a more relaxed, informed, caring and understanding experience during the process of having dental work done, EVER!! There are just no words that can explain the level of ease they all bring to your experience. Literally from the moment you walk in at check in, relaxed, walking to the procedure room to get X-Rays, relaxed and the nerves are always heightened when the Dr. comes into the room, but nope, not this time, totally relaxed!! They all explain to you in detail what to expect: the insurance coverage and payment was reviewed and painless, the X-Ray process was explained to me the entire time and the review of the X-Rays and discussion of options with the Dr. was so detailed and informative it made coming to an informed decision so effortless. During the procedure Dr. Potti has such a soft touch, her calming words, her caring about how you are doing during the procedure and explanation of what to expect next was just honestly, beyond words. Went into Dublin Endodontics hoping for a promising evaluation on a referral from my dentist who recommended a possible root canal . The 3D X-rays this office took of my teeth were able to better spot the potential root canal on my molar but Dr. Potti determined the procedure wouldn't be needed saving me a tooth and a considerable amount of money. She's nice, experienced, and highly skilled, and the office is so nice - clean, high tech, and has big screen TVs in every room showing rolling videos of mesmerizing sceneries! The root canal itself was not painful, but I'm not a fan of the latex that they used to cover my mouth. That, in combination with a big thing they stuck in my mouth to prop it open, and the lying down, made it hard to swallow my saliva and consequently I kept feeling like I was going to gag and choke and was quite alarmed. I'm not allergic to latex so I put down "no" for allergy to latex, but it was a hard hour to pass because of it. If you can't breathe with your nose while lying down with your mouth wide open, or have a fear of gagging, you should consider telling them that so maybe they won't use the latex shield to cover your mouth while they work on your teeth. After the procedure, the tooth was sensitive for a week while the infection healed, and then it was fine. Another thing to know is that they require payment upfront for all services, regardless of whether it is a diagnosis or a treatment. Maybe that's how it's done at all endodontics offices, and the charge was fair considering how complicated the procedure is, but it was a bit of a surprise when I was asked to pay before I even saw the doctor for the first time. read more

I was referred there by my general dentist, and I could not be more satisfied with the high level of care and grace by which they treat their patients. I went in for my son's last appointment for a procedure that took over a year. I just want to say that I have no problem with the procedure or the doctor, everything went well and my son's tooth healed perfectly. What I wanted to discuss is the highly unprofessional front office staff. When I came into the office I was immediately given a bill that I was not informed about. The very young office assistant did not do a good job of explaining what this was for and asked me to sign it. I proceeded to explain to her that I do not consent to this bill because this was supposed to be our last appointment. She insisted that I needed to pay for this and did not explain the bill. I was looking at the itemized items and it was almost 900 dollars and I was just so surprised that she did not care to explain everything. She excused herself and came back couple of minutes later and proceeded to clarify that it was only a recommended procedure! I felt so frustrated because I felt like she was trying to trick me into paying for something I did not need! No ok, need to do better! read more

So I was referred here yesterday because of a broken tooth with agony pain. I was in soooo much pain. My wife had to speak for me to Dr Potti assistant whom was extremely rude. Had appointment at 2:00pm. Did the intake paper work I was told there would be an additional charge of 350.00for X-rays. Strange right, I just went to Dublin dental and they took X-rays. I ask why not ask Dublin dental to send it over. The assistant explain to me that they want their own. Welp I told them no thanks. I ask to speak to the Dr who wanted me to wait in her office yet again, stating she will take care of it. Nope called my regular dentist told me to have Dublin Dental send over xray and to come over right away with no charge. Now, keep in mind he is a private Dr just like Dr potti, although he is a specialist. You would think he would charge more. Nope, pulled my tooth, took extra X-rays and cleaned my teeth all on my DPPO Enhancement, that Dr potti felt she needed more money. Every office is different and everyone experience is different but I definitely wouldn't recommend this place at all. read more

Only one real thing to say about dublin endodontics; Dr. Potti and team are amazing. I went in to get a consultation for a root canal terrified because I have a fear of getting dental work done and the horror stories from friends and family about rct. Dr. Potti was very informative, as she would give me a heads up on what I might feel during the rct procedure as she was working on my teeth; so I wouldn't be in for a surprise when I felt something. I had 3 sessions for 2 teeth as unfortunately they were inflamed and needed an extra session time each. The numbing was amazing as I didn't feel anything really except for on my 2nd tooth that wasn't able to be numbed completely due to inflamation making the medication not work well. The sessions were short under and hour for each tooth per 2 part procedure. By the end of the adventure I had here I felt it wasn't bad at all. The team even stayed overtime for my first session that Dr. Potti did near the end of their day to get me started. read more

After being told I needed a root canal I avoided the situation for some months until my dentist insisted I take it seriously. Being my first root canal to say I was nervous is an understatement because I had heard the horror stories from family and friends and was basically told "good luck". I was referred to another office but decided to look for other care after some bad reviews of that office. To my surprise Dr. Potti had only 4 and 5 star reviews, too good to be true I thought - but not at all they are all true! The office is so clean and beautiful it makes a great first impression. The staff from the front desk receptionist to her sweet assistant were so kind and caring. The equipment is clean and updated and at every step I was made to feel comfortable. After the initial exam Dr. Potti confirmed I indeed needed a root canal, some infection had set in but she could take care of it and that I may need two visits depending on how the procedure went. To my surprise the actual root canal procedure took only 1 hr - it was also totally painless and Dr. Potti and her assistant worked effectively and quickly. Once done, I had very minor sensitivity for two days (as to be expected) never any pain nor did I need any medications post procedure. She was able to take care of me in one visit not two and during my one week follow up with her, I was given the green light to move forward with my dentist who will do the crown. Overall I couldn't be more please with Dublin Endodontics! So happy I researched and worked with their office. I followed up with my family and friends and told them I did not need their "good luck" wishes but they will if they choose any other provider but Dr. Potti who is on top of her game! :) read more

Let's start with the fact I have PTSD toward dentist's due to a traumatic experience I had in the past. I'm always sedated during treatments otherwise I make the experience bad for me and the doctor. However, I got a bad tooth ache this past week that started to spread to my jaw, cheek bone and ear. I was in terrible pain!! The dentist I saw took an X-ray and said I needed a root canal immediately. They hooked me up with Endodontist Dr. Potti who would take me same day - WITH NO SEDATION THOUGH. I was in beyond fear, but I knew I couldn't go on with the pain. And so I went. This doctor and her assistant were AMAZING! Dr. Potti and her assistant talked me through everything. Wait, did I mention I felt NOTHING. It bares repeating. I felt NOTHING - NO PAIN during procedure. The doc even skipped dinner with her family to finish me up :) I slept through the night and woke this morning with NO PAIN STILL. I am so grateful and relieved and proud of myself. So caring and kind and the patients comfort us of the utmost importance. And, they also do a great job working with insurance. I had a root canal done recently by Dr. Potti. The office was impressively clean and they are taking all COVID precautions. The staff, Christina and Liz are nice and welcoming. Dr. Potti is amazing! She is smart, confident, and knowledgeable. I was nervous as this was the first time I had a dental procedure done other than regular cleanings. Dr. Potti took the time to discuss and answer all my questions. She has a very warm personality and is very patient. The office was accommodating, they were able to give me an appointment for the procedure the same day as per my request, after I had an initial consultation with Dr. Potti, even though I could tell that they were super busy. The whole procedure was a pleasant experience. I didn't feel any pain at all during the procedure. They made me put on headphones with calming music and the chair actually did a back massage during the procedure! What else can you ask for! Despite all the anxiety I had prior to the procedure, I actually was very relaxed during the procedure. It was around an hour-long, but I didn't feel it was that long. I had pain later that evening as anesthesia was wearing off, which improved with Tylenol, and the next morning I felt great. I had very mild pain for the next 2-3 days, maybe 2/10, but was absolutely fine after that. The office called me on day 2-3 and then again a week later to follow up, which was great. So overall, I think it was definitely a 5-star experience! I loved how Dr. Potti and her staff took care of me, gave me the right and honest advice, did appropriate follow up. There is no doubt that Dr. Potti is very experienced and she is really good at what she does!! Even though I promised myself that I will take better care of my teeth now, but I also know where to go if I need this care again in the future. Five stars!!!!! I'm from Fresno,ca and this office was highly recommended to me by one of my family members who lives in Livermore,ca. I was hesitant because of the distance but I decided to give it a shot and drive the 2.5 hours to get there. I was not disappointed!!! This office is so modern I thought I was entering a spa! I had a root canal done, and doctor constantly communicated with me throughout the entire procedure. She also educated me on the next steps of my recovery and spoke to me in terms I would understand. I have been to so many dentists in the valley and none compare to this. The best part of my experience was the chair, which is a massage chair! So during my procedure I was literally getting a massage while listening to the sounds of the ocean with the headphones she provided!! Needless to say, I will continue to come here and I highly recommend others to do so too!! I just left my second appointment here at Dublin Endodontics and I look forward to many more!! read more
