I ordered the prime rib, probably the worst I've had. It had so much fat, hardly any edible meat. Comes with ajus sauce. The sweet potato fries were very tasty. My MIL wasn't impressed with her meal either. Probably the best of the three meals was my daughters kids meal. She loved the mac and cheese, the pretzels and package of Scooby Doo fruit snacks. They also charge for soda pop refills. I travel so much, small and large cities/towns. First restraunt I've seen charge for a cola refill. We drove 110 each way to this place. I ordered Rocky Mountain Oysters as an appetizer and I was somewhat disappointed because they were smaller than I've seen them in other places. Pretty good though. I realized after we left that they forgot the horseradish sauce. My wife enjoyed her Club Sandwich. Service was good. Probably wouldn't go back though.

The online listing showed a restaurant and bar at this establishment. Both of these were closed also. Breakfast in the morning.....better think again. There wasn't even a cup of crappy coffee to be had. The room we had was well worn. The water valves on the shower and bathroom sink barely worked and only with great effort. The front window had a huge crack from top to bottom. About the only good thing I can say about the Sandhiller on June 28, 2025 is that we didn't take home any bedbugs.

You say yes (because in every other restaurant you've ever eaten at, those things are not charged for) and then you find out at checkout it's another $5.85. There's nothing on the menu telling you that you'll pay $5.85 for $0.25 worth of toppings, and the waitress certainly doesn't mention it when she asks. At least they tell you that you'll pay $1 more to get a piece of lettuce and tomato on your cheeseburger. Cheap way to get a few more dollars out of a customer. Too bad they feel they need to nickel and dime people like that.
