Responded in 24 hrs. Talked with me about my design and believed they could help me but we both agreed we should meet in person. They were gonna be at a vendor fair the next week. We met, and what a beautiful family. Even with my odd description of measurements. They got it. The price was beyond reasonable. I put in a second order, for another large sign, and now we are designing and large 3rd sign.And these are not little signs. They run 5-8 ft. They are so sturdy and so we'll crafted. The installer stayed" Yvette these signs are so heavy and good quality they're going to last longer than the building".

I called Jim, he showed up at my house, examined each window and found about 2/3 of them had their seals compromised and blown out and that's why my windows were turning colors yellow and orange. It was terrible! Well, he came in with a price of about 5k and he replaced every screen on the house, sliding door screen included! When the replacement windows came in (each one was ordered to exact size and spec), his installation team came, headed by his son. It was unbelievable watching them work! Like surgeons for windows, I swear! My wife and I could not believe the total difference in just seeing out our windows and nevermind the brand new re-screening of everything. We truly couldn't believe the quality of work, the respectful way they treated us and the quality of the job. We don't hesitate to give Jim and Turnpike Glass our absolute highest recommendation!

The app is great too. Very happy and significantly reduced our energy bill. If the Trump Administration hadn't eliminated the Inflation Reduction Act, I was ready to install an even larger array. I can't imagine how many jobs that one decision he made has destroyed. It's the most anti-business and anti-American thing I've ever seen.

Have sent emails to company owner- NO RESPONSE...called several numbers to ask about Solar edge monignoring- NO RESPONSE- was switched around to numbers thst rang off the hook- NO RESPONSE.....the customer service contacts have been made over the past couple of months. The person we had dealt with for years apparently left, and we have not been able to talk to anyone . So, customer service stinks! Be careful!
