Some might possibly refuse to do it but they are willing to help me out since I am backed into a code enforcing corner. I will be happy to rate the actual work but so far they fill all expectations.

A very personalized experience. When we shared our vision to Cecil, Dan and Meg about the style of home we were looking to build. They truly brought it to life. Through the time that it took to build the home, it came together piece by piece. In the end, it is exactly what we wanted. Dan is an amazing Project Manager and knew when he had to conversations about challenges with the project. He is honest, fair, most of all transparent. He stands by the work his team does every day and I would as well! Communication with him was wonderful and he was always available. Building a home is one of the most challenging things we've done in our lives and I am grateful for so many things that I learned and that Dan taught me. Thank you for our amazing and forever home!

I wish I never met Cecil the weasel! This pathetic excuse for a business owner told me a different…read morelie every time we spoke! I had to baby sit the entire project, even demand the stop at certain time because of mistakes and corners cut. I had to force them to reschedule pouring the concrete slab because there was frost and frozen dirt. They rented a portable radiant heat system to warm up the ground and it sunk 2-3 feet in the corners! Can you image what that would have done to my concrete radiant slab? I was told they do this on jobs all the time...Great! We caught them trying to charge us for the diesel used for the portable heater. I am NOT paying for your mistakes. My wife also caught them trying to charge us for 4 toilets, we have 2 bathrooms. We had to go through the bills with a fine tooth comb, they had tons of items from other projects on our bill. The project finished 6 months after we were told it would be finished. Since completion, I have had to hire other companies to fix everything that is going wrong. Gas stove incorrectly installed and set off carbon monoxide detectors on our first night in the house. I had to have an exterior door completely reinstalled because they left gaps in the wall and covered it with trim. Less than 6 months in and the dry wall seams are starting to show. The list goes on and on and I don't have enough room to list it all. I was told by most of the workers that they were not getting paid for work they had done months ago. I am not sure how they are still in business. Saratoga would be a better place with Cecil the weasel behind bars! Complete crook with no concern for his clients. Once her gets his checks from the bank you will NEVER see him on site again...

I would avoid this team at all costs. I purchased my first home back in November of 2024. I hired…read moreChris and his team to install flooring, ceiling fans, lights and new faucets and handles in my showers. This was my first time hiring contractors so I made the mistake of paying them when they told me the jobs were completed without doing a thorough inspection. I've uploaded photos of the bad cuts that they made with the flooring. They even neglected to install the new flooring behind the refrigerator. The new shower handles were never installed and they simply put the parts in the original boxes down in my basement. They didn't tell me why they didn't install them. The faucet in the guest bathroom leaks profusely when you turn it on. They threw all of the debris from the flooring in my garage and promised they would return to clean it up. I contacted them several times for about a month before giving up and hiring a junk removal company. One member of their team brought a dog into my new home without my permission. The absolute worst and most dangerous part were the two ceiling fans. One of which is in the master bedroom directly above my bed. I had turned the ceiling fan on for the first time recently. After running for a short time, the fan FELL OFF of the ceiling and was dangling by the wires. That was also when I discovered that they completely neglected to connect the grounding wire and just put electrical tape over it. This was the most concerning to me because that could've fallen on me while I was sleeping and injured me. I hired real professionals to fix these problems at an additional cost of over $4000. I sent CRV construction and invoice and gave them sufficient time to make it right before posting this review. Chris completely ignored me.

After several lies and a two week deadline that came and went, I am now forced to collect the money in a different way. I am in the process of taking him to small claims court. Series of events below: Aug 6: Requests $500 Aug 7: Chris and I message each other about the fact that the lawn was tore up by his machine. He confirms that he will fix the lawn but never actually returned to the property (except to pick up a dumpster that he claimed he was picking up to deliver the stone which never arrived.) Chris requests $575 instead of the $500. He texts me that is can send the money and that he won't "screw me" and he guarantees he will complete the job the following day. Before sending the money, Chris confirms the money that I am sending is specially for the stone being delivered and the rental of equipment. I sent the money on Aug 7 and confirmed with Chris it had been sent. Aug 8: I check in with Chris to ask when he will arrive at the property. My texts are unanswered until just before 5pm that day. Chris finally responded that the stone could not be delivered today and it would have to be Monday Aug 9: I confirm with Chris he will be at my house on Monday. He responds that he will be picking up the machine at 9 AM when they open and then heading over to our house. Aug 11: It is 10 AM and no one has arrived at the home and no Stone has been delivered. At 9.22pm Chris texts me and claims he has problems with his well which is why he was not at the property today. Aug 12: Chris asks if he can come Thursday instead because of the issues with his well. I agree. Aug 14: It is now Thursday and I message chris at 8:56 AM to ask what the plan is. Kris does not show up once again. Aug 15: Chris says he will be at the house this morning to pick up the trailer and get the stone delivered. At 3:37 PM Chris says that he has not arrived because his coworker thought the trailer was at the shop. Even though we had discussed the trailer being picked up from my home. He says "Be there in 40 and the guy loads from his house so will be back tonight with it so it's ready for morning". Chris never shows up claiming he was in an accident. Aug 20: Chris has never returned back to the property nor delivered the stone. I finally request a refund. Chris states that he is personally going to pick up the stone. He says "I can guarantee we can make it there tomorrow no rain so we can get it done will get the trailer to have it ready" Aug 21: At 8.23am Chris claims he is on his way to get the trailer. At 12.49pm he texts me and says now he is his way. At 2.31pm I receive another text from Chris. "GPS says 33 minutes just had to grab the kiddos from daycare gonna go get that emptied and loaded so we can get this done" Aug 24: No stone delivered and no additional work completed. I request a refund again. Aug 25: Chris claims he will finally have stone delivered from wild apple that afternoon. Aug 26: No stone delivered again. Aug 28: No stone delivered again. I request a refund again. Aug 29: Chris claims he will send me $300 back for now. After a couple messages asking for an update, messages went unanswered and money was never returned. Aug 31: Chris sends me a text - " I don't understand where you think I owe you" After sending the $575 over 3 weeks ago and waiting patiently for Chris to return with the stone, Chris now feels he doesn't need to return the $575 and claims we owe him money. Since the money was sent via Venmo on Aug 8th, Chris has only returned to the property one time to pick up his trailer. There's been no additional work done and no additional stone delivered. He has also refused to refund the money.
