I want to share a disappointing experience with @Matthe Elekes regarding a paid trash removal…read moreservice. We paid Matthew in cash to haul away trash, with the primary request being that the contents of our green trash bin be emptied @ due to an overflow issue. Unfortunately, only the cardboard and approximately 2-3 trash bags were removed, and the green trash bin was left full. Despite multiple attempts to communicate via text and phone-- clearly documented with written instructions, timestamps, and photos--Matthew did not respond or return to complete the job. This was especially disappointing because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and believed my instructions were clear. Payment was left on the porch and additional cash was placed in a bin as directed. This experience has been a learning lesson to never pay in advance until work is fully completed. If I had only needed cardboard recycling removed, I could have transported it myself. The main concern and purpose of hiring this service was specifically to empty the contents of the green trash bin, which was not done. I'm sharing this review to accurately reflect the lack of communication and incomplete service so others can make an informed decision. http://www.m3maintenance.com Below is the correspondence attempts on my end.

But…read moreon the occasion I have needed to go and dispose of items myself that I know Waste Management won't pick up. That being said, this was my first time using the Snohomish County Solid Waste Transfer Center and it was a good experience. I know, going to the "dump" being a good experience sound odd, but good customer service, politeness and efficiency really does make the difference whether at a restaurant, retail store, coffee shop, or the "dump". In this case, every person I encountered that worked there was polite, courteous and helpful, meaning we were acknowledged, greeted, directed and thanked. They may have hated their job or were having a bad day, but I wouldn't have known. Good signage and direction made the experience quick and efficient with little to no delay so we were in and out Ricky-Tick. But in that short time the customer service did not go unnoticed. From the the gal in the booth/gate to the people on the dump site directing traffic. Honestly some restaurants and stores I've been to could take a lesson about customer service from them, no joke. As for the price 360 lbs. or less = $20, includes tax (minimum fee) Over 360 lbs. = $105 per ton, plus tax I think pretty reasonable, but the gal at the booth did inform us as we were checking out that prices would be going up to $30 for the minimum fee. Still not to bad I think.
