My sister had an appt today at 10:30am. She gets to this location around 10:25am and rang the doorbell. No answer, she had to ring twice and call before someone responded on the ring camera. She asked if my sister had an appt. My sister said yes 10:30am. TINA the employee said she'll be there at 11:15am. TINA gets there at 11:25am. An entire HOUR after the appt. Once she gets there, TINA smells like marijuana, if not that then something someone shouldn't be smelling like. She walks in looking unprofessional, with broken house slippers on, gas station soda and energy in her hands. Gets her into suite G and cannot figure out how to turn on her computer. She then calls her DAUGHTER to help her figure it out? The daughter had to walk her through it. Then she asked if my sister had a middle name. Sister said no, she proceeds to say the system requires a middle name so she puts "N/A" in middle name section! After all of this ridiculousness, she then made a comment, "Oh, you're ready to leave now huh.." keep in mind she was RUDE the entire time. I'm not even sure she is an employee?? Be ry concerning. Don't ever come here. Her employment should be investigated. Please note, her name could've been TINA or something close to that. She never really introduced herself. She also said she had a phlebotomy to do today also, which is so scary bc she smelled like marijuana. read more

The hours listed are completely wrong. I've shown up multiple times at different hours that say they're open, and every single time they've been closed. It honestly feels like they're only open randomly or by appointment, but that's not stated anywhere. Super frustrating and a total waste of time--please fix your hours so people don't keep getting misled. my opinion if you need a drug test don't come here unless you want to be played with. read more

Horrible! I have had an appointment twice and both times the employee was a no show. The door was locked so I called the number on the door(800-948-2705) who is the owner who lives in Roseville. She says she cannot get reliable employees and there is nothing she can do. If I don't like it don't come back! Well believe me I wont! They are unprofessional, uncaring, and do not care if there is a line of people who have an APPOINTMENT waiting! There are other professional companies out there so don't reward this bad business or this unbelievable bad behavior! I know I never will again, and I am going to warn my company and as many people as I can to not use this joke of a business. read more

Crazy that I made my appointment for 8:10am, arrived early at 8am, and a woman's voice from the Ring Door Bell tells me to come back later at 9am "because the guy that's suppose to be there called out." She says she'll be there but at 9am, in place of him, because she's currently at another location(?) If you're a company looking for a business to do fingerprinting, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. Person rescheduled multiple times. Didn't know how to use her system and almost told me I had to come back for a 4th time because she didn't know how to look up my appointment and I had to help her navigate the screen. Also gave me attitude while the actual fingerprinting was done. Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that my new job was contracted with her company, I would have steer cleared. Much easier to get it done at UPS. read more

I set an appointment to get important fingerprints and got a confirmation email the day of. I came 5 minutes before the appointment began and no one was there so I rang the door bell. In a rude tone, the employee asked "What do you want?". What did I want at the place that requires appointments? Anyways, she responds that she is running late and will arrive an hour later. So I come back, about 55 minutes later and yet, she's still running late and with a child. Other people had to wait since 8:30 AM, what if we had something else to do? There's a reason appointments were set before 11:30 AM. None of us got a call being told that our technician was running late, all we got was a "Sorry, had things to do". Don't come here if you have another choice! read more
