I waited for maybe less than 5 minutes and I was called in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. The phlebotomist let me know of my copay, and what labs I was getting done. She drew the labs pretty quickly. She was professional and friendly. Overall, I was in and out within 20 minutes. The waiting room is spacious and clean. Seeing as I had gotten there after some other people, and I got in pretty quickly and earlier than my appointment time, I highly recommend making an appointment!

Yes, they will "Take the Medicare reimbursement" and then Bill you for the difference; Not the usual 80%/20% split you get with Medicare contracted providers. Be careful about the statement 'we take insurance'. Yes they do but as they are not contracted with a lot of insurances, you, the patient, could be left with a big tab to make up the difference. They do offer to negotiate a 'cash-pay' arrangement if you pay at-time-of-service. But it's a little steep. I suggest that you ask some questions before making your appointment.

I went on a business trip and left my car there to have all the work performed while I was out of town. I was shown all of the new parts that were original BMW parts, and he explained why we were going to use original BMW parts. When I picked up the car he showed me all of the old parts they took out, the condition they were in, and explained each piece to me and the why behind needing to replace it. I've never experienced anything like this with any repair shop I've used in the Bay Area or here in Elk Grove. Again, I could not be more impressed with the level of professionalism, communication, and transparency. I was literally blown away. On top of all of this communication, I received photographs before and after the repairs were completed, as well as video - very much like a dealer would give you. Juan took extra time to go on the test drive with me when I felt I was experiencing a little bit of weirdness when I was driving it, and this is standard practice for this shop. I called the next day to see if they could fit me in and they said they could do it in a couple of hours. I was going to wait there since the wife was at work. I brought my car there and they looked over my car and ordered the parts. They would be there in 15 minutes. These guys seemed really knowledgeable and very friendly. He gave me $25 bucks off for paying in cash. Anything off is good. Just a note if you use a credit card the company charges 3% more so cash is much better. Their waiting room has lots of different seats to sit in and there were two really padded chairs so I was really comfortable sitting while they worked on my car. The really nice thing about them is the speed. my car was done in under one hour . that was amazing. They guarantee their work for one year. I love it. I will be coming back for my other cars if I need work done again. Top notch place SO far my brakes are smooth and quiet. I don't think they tested the brakes when they were do because later after driving a while there was smoke coming from the brakes.
