From the outset, communication was difficult -- responses were curt and at times, unnecessarily harsh. Rather than collaborating smoothly, I often felt dismissed or talked down to when trying to confirm details or clarify the couple's preferences. Planning a wedding involves a lot of moving parts, and it's essential for all vendors to be team players. Unfortunately, he did not demonstrate flexibility or professionalism on the day of the event. The tone throughout our interactions was abrasive, and it added unnecessary stress to an otherwise joyful occasion. While he did do a good job getting the party started once the traditional moments were complete (except a little cheesy at times), I cannot recommend him based on my experience. A good vendor is not only skilled in their craft, but also courteous and cooperative -- qualities that were noticeably lacking in this case. I would strongly encourage Traviste to be more self-aware and mindful of how he communicates and presents himself to others in a professional setting. Refrain from cutting people off, telling them to move out of his way, speaking harshly and rudely to me and even guests that requested songs.

One small bit of feedback is that Brandon didn't express strong opinions on where or how we should pose. It turned out fine for our purpose, but if you think you'll need more guidance, it may be best to try to plan ahead (e.g. find pose/formation ideas on Pinterest). Either way, the photos turned out great! Zoomoptic got the photos back to us in about a week. Very good experience working with Brandon and Zoomoptic.

Both my new husband and I HATE having our picture taken, but Sharron was a pleasure to work with and we actually ended up having a great time. Even better, all of the pictures turned out great (again that's saying alot!!), and they have a quick turnaround for getting them edited, cropped, and online for viewing. At the wedding she got 1,000's of shots, not just of us, but of everyone there which we know will be a wonderful memory of the event. I'm not sure how they got so many shots, as I never noticed them in the way or being intrusive. Perfect!!
