Tod Margolis is a whiz behind the camera. I had the pleasure of meeting Tod over 24 years ago when we hired him to be our wedding photographer in Newport. The photos then were amazing. n fact, we had one printed up to mount in our living room and a few people have asked me where they could get such a beautiful picture of Newport without them noticing that the bride and groom in the photo are me and my husband.
Tod has continued to grow as a photographer and businessman. We had Tod do our newborn's pictures 19 years ago, family photo shoots through the years, at family bar mitzvahs, and then last summer he came back to New England to do our daughter's senior portrait. These pictures came out wonderfully. She has even submitted the portrait as her modeling head shot to get a job.
Tod has the knack to get the perfect shot whether it be in a formal family shot or informal on the beach. While he was here last year, Tod also took photos of our girls on the beach. My favorite photo is featured on this site where they are walking on the beach hand in hand. Even though you can't see their faces I feel that Tod captured all the love and friendship that my girls have for each other in the beautiful shot.
I can't thank Tod enough for capturing all these wonderful steps in our family's life so that they are preserved for all times.
I am highly recommending that if you have an important event or even if you just want to capture this time with your family have Tod Margolis take a series of photographs. You will definitely be pleased with the results.
