When you arrive to their at home studio, you are greeted by the wife and husband team and they take you to their studio upstairs which is FULL of colors, headbands, hats, props. While I had prepared some shots from their Instagram and Facebook page that I liked, they were prepared to take my vision and thoughts and create "looks" that fit what I wanted. The session was fantastic. I'm they invited me to take photos of the session while it was happening which I definitely did! my baby was super cooperative but I think it's because of the baby whisperers that they are! My baby was handled with care and put into the most adorable poses. Following our session we moved to their printing studio where I picked out what type of style print I wanted for the photos! Lots of options and for great prices! I personally upgraded to the package for a quick turn around because I was THAT excited to see these beautiful photographs. While my iPhone pictures I captured to remember the moment were great, I have already been sent an example photo from our session and am beyond impressed to say the least. Which is understandable. However, I never got an update when they would be opening back up. I had to reach out to them and was told they couldn't fit me in for weeks, by then my new born was too big. We talked about a sitter session or cake smash, and they would hold on to my deposit. Fine. I reach out 2 months before her year and I am told they can't get me in until April and send me info like I had never talked to them before. When I tell them I would like my money back I got a rude message back.
