The man in charge of the sound did not know what he was doing and it showed throughout the reception. The aux from the sound system also messed up and my brother ended up taking a corded microphone and putting it to the projector. This was a wedding reception for 400 people. The sound system made the event look cheap and dysfunctional. The worst part of this was when I contacted Steve. He apologized for the ordeal but his solution to the mistake on his part was a $50 refund... We spent over $2000 on the setup. I really liked working with Steve prior to all this. However, this was not how I wanted my wedding reception to turn out.
