Guess what? When topping off my coolant myself, I discovered I WAS BLATANTLY LIED TO, my coolant was still FULL. Sure enough, when I got the vehicle back, **the tires were still in the exact same positions. They were not rotated. This is now the **THIRD time** I've had this happen at this shop. My tires cost me roughly $2,000, so rotating them properly matters. I shouldn't have to mark my tires beforehand just to make sure a basic service I requested was actually performed. What bothers me most is the loss of trust. If something as simple and easily verifiable as a tire rotation isn't getting done, it makes me question what other requested work customers may assume was completed. I'll probably still use this shop for certain things because the location is convenient for me, **but convenience is the only reason. I clearly cannot trust that requested work has actually been completed without checking it myself. Three times is enough of a pattern. **If you bring your vehicle here, verify the work yourself before you leave because they simply don't care.**
