Too bad this contractor changed his ways. He had a lot of potential. I ended up rehiring him for a closet remodeling project and after he was completed he changed his price. No valid reason, just that he missed calculated the price. I trusted him and paid him based on a great performance done the first time. The third time I ended up hiring him just this week 7/22/25 and mid way to the job wanted to up charged me 1,200 for a 3,200 demo job. Excuse, the floor had a substance that was toxic. I went onsite and physically removed some tiles in different directions and found nothing under the tile. He just stopped the work and left it mid ways. Ender and his team was quick and responsive and had the absolute best rate. Unfortunately the quality of his work reflects the price point. My situation was a flooding from an upstairs bathroom that caused drywall damage downstairs. The abatement company had already removed the damaged drywall so all Ender had to do was install the new drywall, match the texture and repaint. Ender's price quote was amazing. Unfortunately we had a great number of problems that required fixing and touchups in order to be acceptable: corner and dryway joinery were loosely done, recessed light holes were cut incorrectly(one of the lights was not able to mount evenly due to all the compound buildup. Regarding paint: permanent marker used to note measurements bled through the paint and the paint matching was incorrect, instead of using Semi-Gloss, Ender used Flat paint. At the end of the day, Ender's pricing was best which is why I'm leaving this as 3 stars (instead of 1 for quality only). read more

We trusted Ender to remove popcorn ceiling. I wanted to drywall over it but he said he had a better way. He would remove and paint as it was "better " he also priced new can lights. He made a mess of the ceiling, cut holes in walls? There is scraped popcorn still in the window and slider tracks. The entire house is covered in dust. It is so disappointing. Today I see stains in ceiling coming through paint. The light holes from existing fans is still drying. And darker. He even tried to change the price to fix the holes he made? He removed lights we didn't want removed and disposed of them! Why? Anyway. If I knew what I knew now I would never have even hired him. Maybe he is good at something but this is not something he is good at. Now I'm left trying to clean up all the mess. And honestly the popcorn looked better than it does now. read more

Yelp has only failed me one time. This was NOT that time! We hired Ender and his team to repaint the inside of our home to include our old maple kitchen cabinets. We hired ender to come and review some water damage. He checked it out and said it didn't need to remove and replaced the wall but he did not do a great job at repainting the garage ceiling. He covered up the spot with new paint but didn't do a thorough job in repainted only certain sections of the ceiling. He got paint on the walls that were not supposed to be painted and hit our light fixture with paint as well. He did not do a good job and left the job in the middle of the paint without communicating to us that the garage door would be left open. Wow, wow, wow! I was sure lucky to find Ender on Yelp! I was dog-sitting at my son's house for a week, and I wanted to fix up their garage while they were gone. On 2/16/2022, I hired Ender and his fabulous team to install drywall & epoxy floor coating. Of course, everything had to her removed from the garage and put back in again when complete. Ender did that and much more. He created a huge enclosed storage area in the ceiling. He put electrical outlets and lights where they should be. And when he finished with that, I asked him to make a gate for the side yard and install outdoor curtain rods under a pergola that had an unusual configuration. He did it all and finished just in time. My son and his family were completely blown away (as was I) by what Ender accomplished. Ender was very reasonably priced, fast, intelligent, creative, thorough, and respectful towards me. Needed work done on my interior walls. Wanted a smooth finish. I yelped and this company came out. Told him what I wanted. He said no problem. Gave me a quote and we agreed he said it would take 2 days to finish a very small hallway and a family room ( it took 4 day). After the first day I asked when he got done could he paint them for me and put up casing around my doors ( 5 doors ) and a window. He said yes but would cost an extra $600 just for labor. I needed it done fast so I figured he's a painter and would do a better job then me. I thought wrong. Asked him to paint my doors (5 doors) another $100. Well when he said he was done 2 of my doors couldn't close properly. Every wall had nicks, holes, paint and plaster on my hard wood floors. Plaster all over my driveway, lawn and plants. How that happened I dont know. After 1st walk thru I pointed out a ton of mistakes, flaws, holes. He worked another 4 or 5 hours to fix what I had pointed out. Said we was done. It still looked horrible. My wife said to me just pay him because that's probably as good as its gonna get. If it were up to me he would still be there fixing his mess.
