This place a long with the one on White Station and Eastgate Cleaners don't even deserve the one star the site is forcing me to give it. This place is nothing but a waste of space and money. Let's start with their service. They do not know how to the clothes. They are one step above a laundry matt. There is a reason it only costs $2 to launder a shirt, they do it cheaply, and put zero effort into it. They couldn't get a stain out to save their worthless business. And a sidetone, it's a very sad thing for me to see this business, Dryve Cleaners, run into the ground by people who don't know their own head from their own ass, because my Mom and my Uncle(My Mom's Brother), built that company from the ground up. The management is the worst. The manager is a pill popping yes person to the owner who has NO CLUE what the hell she is doing. Sometimes I think she doesn't even know who she is or where she is. She is always out of it. I was their hardest worker, with almost 15 years of dry-cleaning experience and they fired me. I would stay for hours after close to get everything done so the horrible person that work their in the morning would complain if I was 1 minute late, which I was doing my best to get their as quick as I could, but I am also a college student, and they fired ME!? The girl that worked in the mornings never did anything but sit their in a chair watching Judge Judy. So what does that say about the ownership? Well, let's get to that. missa moon is the worst owner I have ever worked for, and I have had some horrible bosses. But she takes the cake, because she has no idea what the hell she is doing. She is destroying what my family built. She is a horrible woman, and a horrible boss. She fired her best worker because he was 1-2 minutes late all the time, because of school, which is WAY more important than some part-time job that takes someone else rich. She is by far the cheapest owner I have ever worked for. She pays the bare minimum allowed by law. She's Korean though, so I guess I should've known how big of cheapskate she was since she was Korean. So I'll put that one on me. So, overall I would call you crazy if you try to get a job under that witch, and as far the cleaning, it is the cheapest in Memphis, and you get what you pay for. So, when they ruin your blouse, or shirt, or pants, or etc. do not be surprised. You won't get any compensation. So don't say I didn't warn y'all, y'all have officially been warned.
