When the repairman we hired was questioned he said that the duct cleaning technician should have been aware of this possibility, and especially after he came out the second time. Summary; I gave 3 stars because the company was very responsive in refunding the cost of the duct cleaning, I would not use this company because I believe that training was inadequate.
