They were charging me about $19 something plus. (A customer who was picking up a small hat dry cleaned paid about $20.) I told the lady there I will think about it with the plan of never ever going back. I proceeded to Sparkle Cleaners and they charge me $9 something (see picture of receipt). I usually go here since the staff does a great job on the items and they are always friendly. Turnaround time is usually a few days for several items. Terrible customer service! The dryer machine stopped…read moreaccepting coins after I inserted two. I called for help, and a young lady, who worked Nov. 30th Sunday 10 AM, came to check. She pressed the start button and assured me that the machine was working. I explained the issue and asked if I could move to another machine. She instructed me to wait for 7 minutes till the 2 coins time dryer before moving to the other machine. However, I didn't want to wait for 7 minutes cus I got to go home to drop off my groceries. I asked if she could stop the machine and return the two quarters so I could put my laundry in and leave. Of course, she threw the two quarters onto the tables. What an attitude! I've been using this laundry mat for a year, and it was always very early in the morning, so I've never encountered anyone at the counter. This was my first experience with them, and I'm definitely not returning. To share this experience so other people expect the customer service there.
