As I was on my way to the salon, I was notified it was cancelled 15 minutes prior by Vagaro NOT Jules. I tried calling with no answer nor email response; I'm used to businesses contacting the client with at least a reschedule opportunity when there's a last minute cancellation on their part. I'm sure Jules is an amazing stylist's but I expect at least some courtesy with not only the stylist's time but also the clients - regardless if it was just a consultation. Afterwards, I read the reviews and read this happened to a previous client but Jules explained it was because the client did not confirm the appointment which can be justified; Although, this was not the case for me. I have an extremely busy schedule and was looking forward to my new hair chapter so I had booked it AND confirmed it with a following text of approval and appointment details. Booking here is risky business if you value your time.
