I finally left that store and took it to Gary's. He was kind, friendly, understanding of my situation and fixed the problem. Lucas, really knows what he's doing. He knows those machines inside and out. Now that my machine is aging, rather than trying to make a buck off me and sell me a new serger, he suggested that my machine was still in good condition, (though it is aging) and to ride it out till the end before buying a new machine. He didn't try to manipulate me into buying a new machine when I had a perfectly good one already. He is extremely honest and I will never step foot or recommend anybody to see the other local Sewing Mechanic in town. I will always tell people to go to Gary's from here on out. You will not regret it. He also lets you sew on your machine after to make sure it's up to your standards and explains what the issues were and what he did to fix it. It is a relief and comfort to know that if anything happens to my machines I can take them to Gary's. If you're debating which place to take your machine to in town, do not hesitate, go to Gary's.

At least at this location the staff there were super friendly. Kelly was super smart, friendly, and was able to give us a ton of options. The other younger gentleman who rang us up was also super friendly as well. Unlike the bigger box stores these guys will actually help. And also another plus is they deliver (a little extra). The delivery drivers were super friendly. For majority of home owners who don't have access to a long trailer this is beneficial. We will continue to use them as we remodel our home. Price point is excellent. The same supplies we needed at Home Depot were dollars more and when you're doing remodels every penny counts.
