I had Staker Floral deliver roses to my wife at her work for our 25th anniversary. I asked for 25 roses in something impressive. Wow did they impress! My wife kept them at work all week because everyone loved them! I have sent my wife flowers a few times over the last 25 years but never have I had this fantastic of a response. We ordered wedding flowers from Staker Floral. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. We had two separate bridal bouquets made, one for bridal pictures and one for the wedding. In addition, we ordered a simple headpiece. When I went to pick up the first bouquet, I sent a picture to the bride and she was just sad. It wasn't anything that she had asked for. She specifically said "No Roses!" and there were about 10 large white roses in the bouquet. Then she had special ordered dahlias and they ordered them in white as well, even though there was no white in her colors at all and her dress was a dusty pink in color. But the designer was there and she immediately went to task and fixed the bridal bouquet until it was absolutely beautiful. My kudos to the designer. She cared about the bride. She also fixed the headpiece, which was not anything that they had discussed. But when she went to put the headpiece on, it didn't fit at all. I feel like when someone requests a headpiece, somebody ought to at minimum, measure the bride's head. At the last minute, we were readjusting the headpiece to get it to fit. So the next Monday I called the owner to discuss my dismay with what had happened and to make sure things were in place for the actual wedding day. The designer had taken pictures of the first bouquet and headpiece and assured me the next set would be exactly the same. You could tell the owner was not at all happy that I was calling to complain as she was the one that had originally discussed the order with my daughter. Fast forward to the wedding bouquet. I had my daughter pick it up so that she could make sure it was what she wanted. It was half the size of the first one and had one maroon flower in it. We have pictures of the first one versus the second one. The only thing they got right was no roses. When she expressed her displeasure, the owner had no interest in making it right and told her it was what it was. Interesting how it had already been paid for. We had to take it to another florist in Utah to fix and her sisters fixed her headpiece, which again was nothing like what she had requested and didn't fit! I would strongly recommend that you get your wedding flowers anywhere but STAKER floral. I will never give them my business again. The owner is the least bit interested in making sure things are done right! Run away from this place! read more

I was planning my wedding from a distance,so I didn't have much time. I stopped by 3 times and shared what I wanted. The staff was very kind and helpful when I stopped in, even though they kept losing our order. However, on my wedding day when I stepped out in my dress and saw the flowers for the first time I was in shock. The flowers did NOT match my request in any way, aside from them being red. I asked for the stems to be covered in ribbons and the flowers to be gathered in balls, this was not the case to my dismay :( I was so sad to have received what I did for the price I paid, I wish they would've given me more of a heads-up and we would've found another way to do what I had wanted. I am unsure if it was a miscommunication, I don't think they purposefully didn't match my request, but it definitely made me sad on my wedding day (and is in all my photos). read more

I placed an order for my wife on our 15th anniversary. I was very specific that I needed them delivered by noon. I ordered a daisy arrangement as this is my wife's favorite flower. At noon no delivery I called and unfortunately the delivery person missed the note stating that it had to be delivered by noon. At 12:45 he arrived with something completely different than what I ordered. It may have had one daisy in the entire arrangement. I have never been more disgusted with the customer service and what was made for my special day. Please be very cautious as I would not want anyone else to have a special day ruined due to this florists poor at best service. I will NOT use Staker Floral for anything. There are other florists in Idaho falls and I will be using their service. Please do not make the same mistake I did any have you day ruined due to a business that could care a less about customer service. read more

We have had bad luck at other florists; so I decided to give Stakers another try! I sent flowers for a funeral; a funeral which we attended. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I saw what they delivered, I was so embarrassed, as the were the very colors the person hated! First of all, I spent $150.00 - I told them the flowers and colors I'd like; as well, I told them what NOT to put in there. They put everything that I requested not to be in there (flowers and colors) and nothing that I asked! I called to complain and was told the girl had written down no orange or fall colors (which was all it was). They said they would have a manager call me, she never did, I had to call her back. She did not offer to reduce the amount or anything - just excuses, including something about at least the person didn't know they were wrong! I will never go there again! So, Floral Art will get my next order! If I could, I'd rate it a big ZERO! I am a small business owner and if I treated people like this, I'd be out of business! read more

Ordered flowers online at around 1 PM and they were delivered by 4PM. The arrangement that I picked out and ordered online was not available, but Staker Floral called me right away to discuss other options. The recipient said the arrangement was beautiful, but I will probably never know if the arrangement that she received was worth the money that I paid for the arrangement that I picked out online. read more

My 3 teenage sons ordered flowers for their grandmother for mother's day. We live in Texas. When they ordered online they selected Sat. the day before Mother's Day for the delivery. It was verified that they delivered on Sat. with their order. Well, my mother who is 73 was home until noon. She left not knowing flowers were coming. When she got home she had a voice recording that there was a delivery that Staker tried to make but she was not home. They stated she could come pick it up the flowers at their store before 2pm. Of course she did not get the message before 2pm. Now if she gets the flowers they will be 3 days old. Who closes their shop the Sat before Mother's Day at 2pm. At the least they could have tried to redeliver, leave a note, or leave them with a neighbor. Find someone else for your flower need. read more
