Please do not ever trust this business. The owner refused to reimburse me for destroying a new blanket, two blazers, pair or dress pants and a tie, that they got dog hair all over. She yelled and over talked me constantly and had my items for 5 months trying to get dog hair out of them. I was more than patient and she was very rude to me. Take my advice and use COMET next door. Her staff at the front desk is really nice but she is a WIT-CH! Her service is lacking and she failed on her own accord. The value of her services stink! The way the owner yelled at me was appalling and very unstable. She should be shut down. Time to call the health department. read more

I was a customer for over a year bringing items in weekly . at least once a month the dry cleaning was not correct and had to be returned this last week they lost 14 items and told me I did not drop them off I knew they had them they became very ugly w me and one employee told me to not come back they did not need my business all in all my clothes were there and they had put them in someone else's name no apology just a very very rude employee I will not be back read more

We had our clothes damaged here 3 weeks ago and informed us a check would only take 2-3 days and was recently told it would be ready today @12 and now they're saying they dont know when it will be ready it could be this week or next week. Also didn't pay for a shirt they damaged and said " it's not their fault " very unhappy. Will not return here read more

At one time I would have given this cleaners a better rating, even through they are high priced than most others. But due to a recent unsubstantiated charge on my credit card that that I did not authorize 'They" said it was from a an unpaid balance from a year ago. The explanation given was "the girls that worked there at the tie thought if a customer had an "express" laundry bag the customer had a credit card on file". That is crap, it was the same girls that had been there for over two years. I have NEVER had a credit card "on file" with any company. Why would the cleaners wait a whole year and not contact me if there was truly an unpaid balance. I HAVE NEVER NOT PAID for my cleaning at the time I picked it up. In addition which I did not make a big deal out of it at the time, in the past I would receive shirts back with broken or missing buttons. I started using another cleaner due to the high costs of taking my cleaning to the DRY CLEAN SUPER STORE. Needless to say I will NEVER utilize their services again! Dropped suit off after funeral undamaged. My wife or some of the other 100 people at the funeral would have noticed this damage. Picked suit up with a hole in the front of the lapel, possibly a burn. Owner refused to accept responsibility for damage. Said they didn't do it. No hole when dropped off, hole when picked up! Wouldn't even consider it possible they did it? I assume they are perfect. How do I give this place 0 stars? I have had problems in the past getting the laundry by the time due because they always seem to be short staff which is a general problem here in Midland. Today was the last straw. I was the only customer there this morning so the ladies working saw me pull into the drive thru. I waited thinking they were getting a coat since it is cold. All of the sudden other customers pulled up and walked into the store. The ladies started helping them! I honked my horn (loudly and for a long period of time). They still ignored me. I moved my car into the parking lot and went inside. The ladies (use that term loosely) said the drive thru was closed because they did not have enough workers. There was no sign! They just let me sit there! I called the owner and she actually laughed at me over the phone. She also gave me some lame story her employees had given her about how they were busy! Unfortunately no good dry cleaners in town that I have been able to find. I have had theft problems with comet and now these folks too. As a weekly customer for over a year, several items now gone... Most recently, new items with tags. Its a shame, they all must know they can do what they want and stay busy. If I ran my business that way, we would be shut down. Back when this place had been open about a year, I took a couple blouses in for cleaning because their prices then were a bit cheaper than others I'd used. I picked up my items a few days later without checking them and when I got home and opened the plastic to hang them, I was horrified to see the red 100% silk blouse, a high-end designer label, was ruined with some kind of lighter colored spots all over it. I called and they told me to bring the item back to see. I did so the same day and the lady at the desk called for the manager. She looked at the now-spotted blouse and said all she would do was to refund me the cleaning fee. I demanded that she reimburse me for the ruined blouse and she accused me of having bought it at a thrift store, already damaged, and trying to scam them for replacement cost or re-imbursement of some kind. She said, "it happens all the time". I left furious and if I could give them zero stars I would. Worst drycleaner in town and worst store manager ever anywhere I've ever lived or been to. Do not use these people. They will lie and rip you off. Not to mention rip your clothes and break buttons.

They brag about being the cheapest in town, but you certainly get what you pay for here. They lose clothing and promise to reimburse you, but that never happened. Usually at least one shirt in every load had a button destroyed. Staff is unprofessional and always looking for an excuse as to why your lost and or damaged clothing is not their problem. More trouble than its worth, pay a little extra and go to a competent place where you will get your clothes back in an undamaged state. read more

I have tried several dry cleaners in town. All terrible experiences. Started using this one in Nov. 2012, although the actual customer experience has not been very good (short staffed, poor attitude, etc.) I have tolerated since they used to get the clothes out fairly close to promised. Lately that has not been the case. Today all changed with a couple of phone calls. Unbeknownst to me, I was handed a couple of extra shirts last Friday when I picked up my order. 2 of my shirts were not ready. As the lobby was full, I did not check the order (my mistake). This afternoon I was called & notified of my error (?). I replied I would have the shirts back this evening. Approximately 2 minutes later, the owner called & wanted to know if she could come to my home now to pick up the shirts. Did not realize an error on their part constituted an emergency on my part. I immediately left work, driving approximately 7 miles to my home & met by the owner. I handed the shirts over--must have been a very good client--who needed the shirts immediately. Again, this error was caused by the staff @ Dry Clean Super Center not by me. I also witnessed a poor confrontation this past Saturday between a customer and the staff. I just wish there was a dry cleaner in Midland that actually valued their customer, attempted to give good service, & was reasonably priced!! read more
