First off you can't beat the prices! Excellent. Second lyrics, Ana the front desk clerk is very nice and proficient. I like her always ready to help attitude. I've also seen the owner lady on occasion who is equally nice... just wished she'd spring for a/c up front. The place is so hot. My clothes are always done on time. Go easy on starch, ask for lite and get medium. read more

Dry Clean 119 Express - Great prices and services - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Houston, Texas

NEVER GO HERE! I dropped off a suit on 12/29, and was told the suit would be ready New Year's Eve by 4:00. Upon arrival at 5:04, they were closed, and a recording when I called the phone number that my call could not be completed... As a result on New Year's Day, when my grandson was supposed to be having his senior pictures done, he was unable to because he did not have his suit! I had to pay the photographer for her time, even though no pictures were done... Extremely upset that no mention was made to me that they would be closing early on New Year's Eve and of course they were closed on New Year's Day. read more

This will be my forever dry cleaners! I called several dry cleaners and they would accommodate the short time frame for a dry clean on one item!! I had a quick emergency dry clean for a photo shoot and they were able to assist me with urgency to get the job done. This cleaners know how to do business! They put their CUSTOMERS first and it shows! Honestly, made my day and turned a frustrating experience to a positive. THANK YOU! I will be referring my friends and family here. read more

I've always been able to pay for priority and it's always done as promised clothes are always clean and pressed my only complaint is the ironing is it always done neatly. Ex: they folded the collar of a dress shirt and creased it in an awkward way read more

Really bad service It is sad that displays in the last year and a half has deteriorated on their service . I used to be a customer for a long time it's sad. That the service isn't as good as it used to be sometimes my clothes come home just as dirty as I took them in and they say they cleaned and they did not I put in the washer and it comes out perfectly clean I expect better service from them. read more

I wish they had stars for the negative. I've been dealing with this cleaners for about 16 years but over the last year or so, the service has become trash. My shirts have been getting stretched out and this last time when I picked up my clothes, there was gunk build up on one of the aprons that wasn't there before. Maybe someone bought out the place but it has definitely gone to the garbage. I don't know what's going on but I will not be going back. read more

I went to this cleaners to have a comforter lining sown into a new comforter. Basically i used my old comforter material and had it sown around my new comforter. I was told the charge was 25.00 dollars. When I picked up the comforter which was a day late from when they said it would be ready. They had sown one side of the comforters together and left it like this. They said because it was pinned on this side then that's what they sowed. And completely ignored that i said I wanted the whole comforter sown all the way around. Who the hell would want one side of a comforter sown and left like that and be ok with paying 25.00!! And never once did anyone apologize or try to make things better! Instead basically called me a liar!!! Never take your alterations to this place. The hispanic worker they have there will never get your order right and she will never apologize!! read more

They're very responsible and nice, the way they organized the clothes in different colors is a good idea!

Horrible place to get your dry cleaning!!! First off I told them no creases and all my stuff had creases then they charged me $5 extra because of the $10 minimum credit card charge they have... Never been anywhere that had a $10 minimum maybe $5 but not $10... Then they're rude and incompetent! I sent my girl to pick up my stuff and I told her I had a $5 credit they acted like they didn't see the credit and tried to charge her the full price when she brought it up they said ok and gave her the right price smh knowing damn well there was a credit read more

DO NOT take your clothes to this place.... (I gave it a 1 star because of the app...)For over a month I've had to go back to this place so that they could look for a romper that they lost... I called several times to see what they were doing about it and all I got was that the boss was out for a month.... Today I went in again and they told me the boss would be in at 4:30 so I said I would come back.... Well... At around 12:30 I received a call that they had the check. I went to pick the check up and the check was written out for 40.00. The romper I left was 67.00 and brand new when I dropped it off... When I went in to see what was going on they put me on the phone with the boss and she said since I had not sent a receipt that that's what she could give me... I told her she could order me another romper... If they had told me to get a receipt I would have gone to the store where I bought it or would have gotten a bank statement... But for over a month I was given the run around.... And prior to this the employees had sent her pictures of the romper and the price I paid for it... I never got a call from the boss or anyone for that matter... Save your time and energy and take your clothes to another business.... Somewhere where they actually care about customers and doing right by them. read more

Very disappointed. My family used to go here for years until recently. I'm not sure if they hired new cleaners or if management changed, but the quality of this cleaners has exponentially depleted. I took a few dresses there, and had to take them back to be cleaned since they left the collars filthy. I then asked them to wash two of my comforters, assuming that they would be dry cleaned. NOPE. Someone threw them into a washing machine. Now the fabric has bled into one nasty color, the seams are ripping, and I have lost two comforters. They did not want to own up to their mistakes. My family will NEVER be going back there again. If you care about the quality of your clothes, don't go there. read more

I have been using Dry Clean Express for approximately a year since my job transferred me to this side of town. I had no issue with them until they ruined the zipper in two of my pair of pants. They refused to repair the items and I ended up paying for the repair out of my pocket. Today, June 2, 2021, I took thee more pair of pants and shorts with the tags from Dry Clean Express telling them they had ruined them again. They refused to take responsibility for their actions. They would not even offer to meet me at least halfway for the items they have destroyed. Two of the items were brand new. I asked to speak with the owner but the son would only say he was out of town and there was no other management. He continued to state their policy says they are not responsible. In my opinion, Dry Clean Express is a business that does not take responsibility for their actions nor do they care about their customers property. I plan to report them to the BBB because of the type of service they provide. read more

Quality of service has dropped, we are constantly having to have items redone and today was the last visit. I spend about $100 a month or more on dry cleaning. Unfortunately I have to take my business to another cleaners. read more
