I've been using this cleaner ever since the old owners and I've never had a problem. They even gave me someone else's clothes, but however, I bought it back because if someone ever took my clothing I would want it back. They lost a whole bundle of my clothes to find it three weeks later to give them to me. I had $100 shirt to come up missing and I immediately reported it to the lady there. She claimed she looked for it and looked every day, but however, I still brought my clothes there to get them clean. I came in today 5/17/25 to pick up clothes and drop off clothes. I Asked her if she would take another look while I was here. She refused to do so. I asked her for the owner's name she refused to give it to me. I asked her for the owner's number she refused to give it to me. So therefore, the clothes that I was gonna drop off, I did not drop them off and I am speaking out now because these people have new people in there and they're stealing clothing and refusing to work with the customer to get them back.

With their service not only would it be done in 2 hours or it's free, they have pickup and delivery options as well. They can weigh the clothes right there on the spot and accept payment. It's looking like I may be coming back to Houston more often. I will definitely use this laundry service and will be recommending it to my entire team.

I've been a loyal customer to them for many years because of their cheap price but it is NOT worth using their services. My dress is custom made from Thailand for a pageant and is worth around $300 plus the international shipping fee (around $400 in total) because of the rare handmade northern silk used for the dress. I've only worn the dress TWICE (once for competition and another for the State Fair Parade). Usually there is no issue with washing and cleaning because it can only be cleaned with steam, NOT in the washing machine as the diamonds are GLUED to the fabric, not sewn on. The silk is not meant to be washed in the washer, its meant to be hand washed. On one particular day, the owner must've forgotten that I told her NOT to put it in the washer but it was already too late. The sounds coming from the back of the store were the sounds of the diamonds falling off from the dress. They must've put it at such a high temperature because the glue MELTED into the fabric. The first couple pictures are from before, the rest are after. They refuse to pay for the damage and said the dress is only worth $30. They charged me $60 to clean the dress and detachable train. I'm currently filing a lawsuit against them.

I indicated that I wanted the hem to hit below the butt and the attendant pinned it there. No curvature to the hem, nothing special, just straight across. My 11-year-old niece could have done it. When I went to pick it up, the hem was at the hip. It's at least six inches too short. It looks ridiculous and I won't be able to wear it. Ruined and irreplaceable.
