Chris arrived on time (a big plus for me). He gave us excellent advice, a true expert. They coordinated installation at my convenience. Manny and Dan installed the units -again - arrived on-time. They said 7AM - and they were unpacking their equipment by 6:55. Both of them were so nice and friendly. Their work was clean and even suggested wrapping the units since the hardwood floors were going to be refinished the next day. Excellent idea! saved us a lot of headache if all that dust got in the units. Would DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN!!!!

My air conditioner caught fire a while back and I asked Kearney to 1) fix all of the electrical…read morerelated to the fire, and 2) replace the a/c unit that had caught fire. However, as I went through the claim process with my insurer and reached out to other HVAC companies, I was given much better and cheaper proposals. Aside from that, I asked Kearney to repair everything electrical related to the fire. However, as they were finishing up the job they said they didn't have the parts they needed to do the last component, and asked if they could do it later when the HVAC replaced. Ultimately I didn't have them do the HVAC, but asked them to come back to fix the last remaining part of the electrical (which was actually the component that caused the fire and was a safety hazard). At that point, they told me I'd have to get a new quote and pay in-full for that visit separately. When I originally asked them for a quote/repair on everything electrical related to the fire, I thought they would at least repair the thing that caused the fire. But, because I was accommodating and agreed to let him come back later, I'm getting charged again. Partially, this is on me for being too trusting, but it's also on them for bad faith business practices.
