We scheduled the install which was not in-expensive, and after a day the same problem persisted. They came back to look at the fridge again and then told me I need a condenser. We scheduled that service, and then after some additional due diligence they told me that I now actually need an entirely new circuit board. I subsequently had them install that, and after another day the same problem persisted. They then came again and told me I need a new seal and a part for the door. After about a week the same problem persisted. The owner was not willing to guarantee his work. He did keep sending them back to trouble-shoot the issues, however I did have to pay for the majority of the parts and labor with the exception of the last install. I spent just under $1,000 dollars and I still have a broken refrigerator. I would not recommend this company; they don't guarantee, and they rob their customers. Absolutely terrible!

He was in the neighborhood and just wanted to take a look. It turned out to be a bit more complicated than a simple replacement due to the age of the older unit. "Nope" he said. "You'll have to hire a regular plumber." That was not what I would expect to hear in this day and age. He had a chance to sell me disposal and charge me for a bad installation job. Instead, he took the high road. He did not even charge me for a service call. Before he left I asked for the number of a good plumber. Without hesitation he had the name and number in my hand. I called the plumber and two days later had a brand new disposal up and running. The plumber did say he would have to make adjustments to install the new disposal but he could do it in about an hour.
