We called because our central air shut down. A technician ( Eric) showed up and immediately figured out it was just a faulty capacitor. We were told it would cost about $ 600 to repair with a one year warranty but if we wanted a better capacitor with a 5 year warranty the cost would be about $850. I asked him why it was so expensive if its a simple job and the part is low cost and he mumbled something about overhead and the cost of doing bussiness. When we got the bill it was $979 with the diagnostic added in. Ive since looked up the going rate for this work and it runs around $150-$300 so we were charged triple the normal cost. I really feel like my wife and I were taken advantage of because we are both elderly. Please avoid this preadatory company at all costs.

I've used N.E.T.R. personally and professionally for years -- home heat pumps and server room cooling -- and they were excellent. Installers were great, support was responsive and follow‑up was reliable. Based on that history, I hired them last fall for a whole‑house heat pump installation on a 2,000 sq ft townhouse. The installation itself went fine. The problem is support. I can't get anyone to help me with a basic troubleshooting issue. About half the time the phone system asks you to leave a message. Emails and website forms go unanswered. When someone does pick up, it's an AI front‑end that makes it very hard to reach a human. When I finally get a person, all they can do is schedule an appointment -- no technical support, no follow‑up, no callbacks. My current issue is that the first‑floor unit struggles to keep the house below 78° during a heat wave. I suspect it's a communication/calibration issue between the unit and the wireless thermostat, but I can't get anyone to talk through it. I'll try to get this resolved while the installation warranty is still active. After that, I'll be finding a different local Mitsubishi contractor for service.

We've been unknowingly breathing this for months now, with increasing breathing and allergy problems. Rather than call a big company that does installions and repair, I found Ductless Brothers online and saw that they specialize in cleaning including mold removal, which was exactly what we needed at our house near the beach. They are also pet and eco friendly. Jake was super helpful when we spoke and said they could be here 9 am Monday to fix our problem. We were so relieved to get such quick service. Jake was prompt, friendly, and very neat, even putting on shoe covers when he was inside. He explained all of the steps in cleaning, why the mold developed and how best to stay on top of keeping our units clean and efficient with, in our case, annual cleanings. He was very helpful, explaining the steps as he went along but he was continually doing very physical work, up and down our stairs and handling some heavy items with ease. It took 5 hours for him to clean our nasty units, but he was alone today instead of with a parter. Jake was careful with our personal items and left our place better than he found it, now with spanking clean units.
