Even though it was pretty busy, tables were being cleaned and the space was tidy. I had the tonkotsu ramen with tofu and the kiddo had the sukothai. I loved the ramen, the broth was rich and delicious. I tried the other and it was excellent as well. I had a Thai milk tea which was very good, and he had a Thai tea lemonade, which was even better. The menu has a variety of Asian style noodle dishes, including Ramen, the drunken noodle namesake, pad Thai, and more, plus mac & cheese. It really is well designed for a community like Crosby, with the need to support locals as well as out-of-town guests who come in for mountain biking. Although it is a meat forward menu, there are plenty of options for vegans and vegetarians. I do wish that they offered fresh tofu, rather than Fried although I didn't ask to see if they would make that change. I ordered a mushroom Ramen with tofu. It was quite good, though a little heavy on the salt, which I suspect was the MSG, and not quite enough true mushroom flavor. But after a long day mountain biking, it was really a great meal. I think that this restaurant is really a great addition to what Crosby has to offer. I would highly recommend for meat, eaters and vegetarian folks alike. This is a very recent addition to Crosby, serving some decent noodle based dishes. Think of it a bit like a better and more authentic Noodles & Company. We tried both the Egg Rolls and the Salad Roll (aka Summer Rolls) for appetizers. The first was decent but pretty basic. The Salad Roll was good with a decent amount of chicken. I had the Khao Soi. I like this a lot. Braised beef, pickled cabbage, onions and a nice curry broth. The only thing that didn't really work was the crispy noodles. These quickly became soggy and gave me flashback from Chow Mein from my past. Not the best version ever but a decent version for Northern Minnesota. I would order it again. Others had the Pad Thai that was also good with a stronger than usual tamarind flavor that actually worked. This could have used more egg. The last dish we tried was the Street Food Mee, a rice noodle and broth dish with sliced pork and ground pork (this part would have been better fried or seasoned more.) The menu also includes both a fettuccini and Mac and Cheese in addition to rice stir fry dishes. There is no Sushi and no liquor. They are offering coconut sticky rice and mango for dessert but we didn't try this. It's nice to have this option in Crosby and fills a need for both fresh fast food and Asian food up here. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the selection and how good our dishes were after a long drive and a night in town staying at the Crosby Lofts above the restaurant. Absolutely the smallest portion you will ever receive! I paid $18 for a little pint container of beef Panang that was a third full. Two fingers full. I started off a bit on a sour note as I stayed in town an extra day to eat here and they weren't open as they were supposed to be... I think there was a note on the door or something... So that meal cost me an extra $50 that I didn't get lol! So I finally got to eat there and order something very basic like chicken Pad Thai or something similar... the flavor was OK I guess but nothing special... What I thought was unusual was the chicken... I asked them what type of chicken they use and nobody could answer my question... It was small gnarly little bits of something that looked and tasted sort of like chicken... i've eaten lots and lots of Thai Food in my life... And I would say 99% of them use nice pieces of white meat with no question about what you're eating...this place reminds me of Chinese restaurants... And that is why I don't go to Chinese restaurants... If you want something authentic, not sure this would be the place? I will try again sometime and try to raise my rating if it warrants...I was so happy Crosby had a Thai place, but ultimately so disappointed in the end. ‍ Oh for what I did like...
