Even though it was pretty busy, tables were being cleaned and the space was tidy. I had the tonkotsu ramen with tofu and the kiddo had the sukothai. I loved the ramen, the broth was rich and delicious. I tried the other and it was excellent as well. I had a Thai milk tea which was very good, and he had a Thai tea lemonade, which was even better. We left two empty bowls and two empty cups behind, and a strong desire to return.

It really is well designed for a community like Crosby, with the need to support locals as well as out-of-town guests who come in for mountain biking. Although it is a meat forward menu, there are plenty of options for vegans and vegetarians. I do wish that they offered fresh tofu, rather than Fried although I didn't ask to see if they would make that change. I ordered a mushroom Ramen with tofu. It was quite good, though a little heavy on the salt, which I suspect was the MSG, and not quite enough true mushroom flavor. But after a long day mountain biking, it was really a great meal. I think that this restaurant is really a great addition to what Crosby has to offer. I would highly recommend for meat, eaters and vegetarian folks alike. They also serve several beers on top if you were looking for one as well as tea, coffee, and similar drinks.

When you walk in you'll see a refrigerator with drinks like bubble tea, Thai tea, Pepsi, starry, and similar drinks. You can read the daily specials or read the menu at the counter, where you'll order your food and pay before sitting. I really like the egg rolls, the beef pho, and pad Thai. My kids enjoy having pho and teriyaki chicken plate. They also have chicken nuggets and fries available too. (You can request to have your pho plain as well, if you don't like all the fixings) The food comes out quick. I don't think we've ever waited longer than 5-7 minutes. The booths have plenty of room too. Which I like. I go with my wife and two children. The kids like it there because of the pho, the decorations on the glass, and the stuffed animals they have on display. To be honest, the food is great and nicely priced but we like the people there too. Nana's has a nice mom and pop feel to the restaurant. We find ourselves conversing with them every time we're there. It gives the restaurant a nice home-y vibe.

I ordered a pho type entree with shrimp, mom ordered sweet & sour chicken. Somehow our proteins choices got switched by either the server or the kitchen, the receipt was accurate but it came out wrong (?). We just ate and left not wanting to deal with the mix up. Not terribly impressed...
