FIRST!! :D So what makes this place different than the big shots like Sam Ash and Guitar Center?…read more For starters, City of Las Vegas Music probably has the biggest collection of electronic keyboards I've seen so far in Las Vegas. I'm not a keyboard player but as soon as you walk inside you'll see they have a wide selection of big name keyboards such as Kawai, Roland & much more. I've heard of these brands before but most of the time they're only accessible online or outside of Vegas. I'd say most of the selections are for seasoned players although they do have some selections that are great for beginners and experienced players alike. Aside from keyboards, they have a few selections of saxophones, violins and electronic drum sets. You won't find guitars (not yet anyway) here so they certainly feel more of a niche musical store but a good one at that. If you play any of the above instruments I mentioned you can probably get a good deal because they are an authorized dealer, meaning they have some flexibility in regards to retailing and pricing. The owner and manager Victor are friendly and cool people :) They were kind enough to let me take some photos of the interior. It's still fairly new but more inventory is on the way. If you're a musician I recommend you visit or bookmark this place for a future visit. Definitely always a plus to see a local music shop open to compete against the big corporate stores.

Susie from Las Vegas music helped me during my call and was very detailed, professional. Covered all the warranty, shipping insurance and very very helpful. It's a plus that they are closer to California so I highly recommend buying from Susie.

Lander learning center is highly recommended. Teacher Gina is an amazing teacher. This place is…read moreclose but Ms. Gina teaches her student one-on-one. Just give her a call and she will arrange your schedule based on your availability. This year teacher Gina did a great job with students' Recital at Noypitz restaurant.

My son has been coming here for over a year taking Karate with Sensei Rey. He loves it. My son…read moreprefers Sensei Rey (not that there's anything wrong with the other Senseis, you know how kids are when they are attached to a specific person) so he was bummed when his schedule changed and instead of having class twice a week he only has it once a week now. My son has competed in one tournament and is prepping to compete in another. Now, only if he can get a belt test done that would be awesome. Other than that Sensei Rey really takes the time to make sure his students (of all ages too) get their techniques correct & it shows in the tournaments. My son brought home a gold medal for Kata & a silver medal for Kumite. Oh! One more thing, the space can get tight when everyone is in class. Maybe expanding or separating the sitting area? There's a room with a glass windowed room right behind where the parents sit, maybe... it could just be a sitting room for the parents during this time frame? I'm really not sure what is in that room though. Also, that way the kids that run around during class can be contained in a separate room so as not to bother the karate class in session but can still see the karate class through the window? Just a suggestion. Gina the owner is very accommodating & was kind enough to understand our situation in December so we were able to alter our contract a bit before signing. We are excited to continue another year with Landero Learning Center.

I felt like they knew enough to do a good job. Well, they were very nice, professional, and smart. They replaced the string quickly and at a price that was really too low. Their service is as good as their instruction - excellent. It's a music store with just the right mix of talents. Dad recommends this place - 5 stars.

I've had my son enrolled here for several years--first in piano lessons and more recently in…read moreguitar--and unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view of this location. This week, my son is on spring break, so I attempted to cancel his lesson starting Monday. I called the store multiple times on Monday, Tuesday, and again Wednesday morning. No one answered, and there is no voicemail system available to leave a message. When I finally reached someone Wednesday afternoon, I spoke with Bailey, the store manager. She informed me that I would be required to forfeit the lesson due to their 24-hour cancellation policy. Here's the issue: there was no way to comply with that policy. I made repeated, good-faith attempts to cancel, but the store does not provide a functioning method to do so if no one answers the phone. When I explained this, Bailey was completely inflexible and hid behind "policy," stating that if she made an exception, she would have to do it for everyone. There was no effort to acknowledge the situation or offer a reasonable, one-time solution for a long-term customer. What makes this even more frustrating is the inconsistency. My son's guitar instructor, Onjrei, has canceled on at least two occasions with less than 24 hours' notice, and we were expected to be flexible and accommodating. It's hard not to notice that their time is treated as valuable, while mine is not. I'm expected to be flexible, but that flexibility is clearly not extended in return. I escalated the issue to customer service, only to be told that all lesson-related matters are handled at the store level. I requested contact with a district manager and was told someone "may" reach out in 2-3 days, with no name or direct contact provided. At the end of the day, this business chose to lose a long-term customer over a $30 lesson instead of showing basic fairness and customer care. If you plan to take lessons here, be aware: if you cannot reach them to cancel, you may still be charged--and management will not work with you, even when the circumstances are outside your control.
