This is the coolest strings place I've ever visit. They provide all professional service about violin cello and so on. You must stop by!

She talks the talk and walks the walk. Deanna has changed my life in more ways than just healing my vocal damage, improving & learn new vocal techniques and pushing beyond what I thought were my limits; she's also directed me into the paths I need for my music, getting gigs, and getting my first local performance venue! Not to mention helped re-assert my confidence & meet new artists. Its only been a year if that! And things are picking up, FAST! I don't have many photos but nonetheless it's been epic. Her other students are wonderful and it's nice to be part of a program with like-minds and watch us all grow Tough-love and challenge is what i needed to continue doing music after graduating from LVA & going on a music career hiatus after performing in so many venues with the choir & jazz. Deanna is quick to keep me & all her students on their toes, but you've got to want it! She's here to help you get in the car & learn to drive but it's up to you to actually go on that journey. You won't find a better coach, trust me. You can expect vocal exercises, endurance exercises, new science based & proven singing methods, leadership towards the your goals, and accountability partner, and to broaden your singing genres/capabilities/range & more. What are you waiting for? Only you are holding yourself back from working with Deanna and finally chasing your dreams! -Best wishes to all the brave souls out there!

This review applies to gliga.com and violinslover.com -- the Las Vegas based US distributor for Gliga instruments. I have owned a Gliga cello and a Gliga Gama violin and both were great instruments in terms of sound and looks. Those instruments went on to other homes and I wanted to replace the Gliga Gama violin. I ordered from violinslover.com and got an automated order confirmation but no indication on when/how it would be shipped out. I sent 3 emails and tried calling but their phone only goes through to voicemail. EVENTUALLY, the main point of contact for Gliga USA/violinslover.com emailed me back to tell me the violin was going through the final setup and would be shipped the next day and she would send a tracking day. 2 days later an no additional word. I sent a followup email asking for the tracking number ... again, no response. Several days later, she sent a tracking number without acknowledging the delay. I get the violin and immediately upon taking it out of the box, my face falls because it is an ugly pumpkin orange that screams "cheap student violin" -- despite the fact that it is from their advanced Gama line. In addition, the wood on the edges of the top is visibly darker (not due to varnish but a seam indicating mismatched wood. It is very noticeable because of the uniformity of the orange color. Also, for what it is worth, despite purchasing the violin "new" in 2026, the label states that it was made in 2018 so clearly not "new stock". Supposedly there is a 14-day return window and I immediately emailed the day after delivery to request a return. but I can't get anyone to respond to my emails and, as I've said, they don't answer their phones or voicemails. I'm very disappointed and have no legal recourse. Will never order another Gliga again.

I felt like they knew enough to do a good job. Well, they were very nice, professional, and smart. They replaced the string quickly and at a price that was really too low. This week, my son is on spring break, so I attempted to cancel his lesson starting Monday. I called the store multiple times on Monday, Tuesday, and again Wednesday morning. No one answered, and there is no voicemail system available to leave a message. When I finally reached someone Wednesday afternoon, I spoke with Bailey, the store manager. She informed me that I would be required to forfeit the lesson due to their 24-hour cancellation policy. Here's the issue: there was no way to comply with that policy. I made repeated, good-faith attempts to cancel, but the store does not provide a functioning method to do so if no one answers the phone. When I explained this, Bailey was completely inflexible and hid behind "policy," stating that if she made an exception, she would have to do it for everyone. There was no effort to acknowledge the situation or offer a reasonable, one-time solution for a long-term customer. What makes this even more frustrating is the inconsistency. My son's guitar instructor, Onjrei, has canceled on at least two occasions with less than 24 hours' notice, and we were expected to be flexible and accommodating. It's hard not to notice that their time is treated as valuable, while mine is not. I'm expected to be flexible, but that flexibility is clearly not extended in return. I escalated the issue to customer service, only to be told that all lesson-related matters are handled at the store level. I requested contact with a district manager and was told someone "may" reach out in 2-3 days, with no name or direct contact provided. At the end of the day, this business chose to lose a long-term customer over a $30 lesson instead of showing basic fairness and customer care. If you plan to take lessons here, be aware: if you cannot reach them to cancel, you may still be charged--and management will not work with you, even when the circumstances are outside your control.
