On Wednesday night, there were no flowers. I contacted him, and he claimed he had confused the date, telling me, "I'm sitting right here looking at it, just need to finish it." He promised he would deliver them the following day and refund me 50% for the trouble. Today, the services took place. There were absolutely no flowers, no refund credit has been issued, and he has completely ignored all of my emails and phone calls. After being incredibly responsive when taking my money, I have been completely ghosted. Please think twice before trusting this business with important events.
