Immediately following my post the owner of the company stepped out and was accountable for my customer experience. Not only that, he contacted me directly to listen to my concerns and proposed a number of ways to make it right. In addition, he had his best service tech and team come out to inspect the work and make any improvements necessary. I was very impressed by that and the follow up by his team. He continued to reach out to make sure I was satisfied. That's how you run a business and I am pleased to give him and his company the highest rating. When we bought our home, the builder included a one-year termite warranty with Northwest Exterminating, which we extended and added pest control to. Customer service has been excellent. Our service associate is professional, reliable, and very thorough. I also appreciate that they use pet and family friendly treatments since we have a dog. That said... I'm not convinced the pest control is working. In my previous home which I battled with spiders. Once I hired a pest control company, they didn't completely disappear but when I saw them they were not alive. With Northwest, even after treatments, I'm still seeing more activity than expected. I keep bug spray in multiple rooms, which shouldn't feel necessary. The only thing that seems consistently effective are the sticky traps, they definitely catch bugs. I understand some environments have more pests than others, but I'd expect to at least see some results after treatment. Right now, it's hard to tell if the service isn't as effective or if these Middle Georgia spiders are just built different. We're sticking with them for now and hoping next season brings fewer uninvited guests.

He arrived promptly, allowed me to explain the situation, took a look around, and got to work. It took less than an hour for him to remove the bats, clean up the area and sanitize. On top of that, his pricing was very fair. He was unfortunately the 4th call I made about having the bats removed. I wish I'd found him first, I could have had this problem taken care of weeks ago. Like the professional that he is, Ben quickly identified the entry point used by the squirrels to access my attic. Then, he devised a plan to get all the squirrels to leave my attic. Once the squirrels left, Ben closed up the entry point. While he is knowledgeable and professional, Ben was also open to suggestions and any concerns that I had. I highly recommend using Ben's services and will definitely do so again. The CSRA is fortunate to have Ben working in this area.
