Eric was great. Very personable, polite, and knowledgeable. He asked us about any issues we were having - then went to it. I told him we are having a good many spiders and a couple of roaches. He said he would take care of it and did. I feel he went the "extra mile" for us - which was well appreciated. Reasons we are still with them for some 30+ years in three different homes in Riverdale, Fayetteville and Jonesboro. read more
