As a VOLUNTEER, like any places where you volunteer, there is a 'hierarchy' which means pleasant and unpleasant people. There is no teamwork here, you go in and inspect and hang clothings during those hours that they are open. There is a sign-up schedule. There is no pricing to tag on items at all which makes this easier. You are taught by others who share the same inspecting and sorting tables and where to hang the different sizes and types of clothing.
