To help solve the issue, Jeff told me that he could replace my 20 ft container with a 16 ft container. I didn't like that solution as I would be receiving a smaller container. He then told me that he would also provide me with a 2nd 16 ft container at no charge. I should have requested that in writing. From here, everything went south. I was charged far more than what Jeff told me I would be charged and when I questioned everything, he told me that he would never tell anyone that they would be receiving a container free of charge regardless of the mix up. Do not purchase their insurance either. I had to file a claim and then the insurance adjuster told me that my claim was not covered. My gut told me to go with PODS and the next time that I move, I will be working with PODS.

We paid over $200 for 20 tablecloths to be pressed at Crown cleaners on university Avenue. I picked them up on the Monday before the dinner. I had no reason to look at them until 3 PM in the afternoon when we were setting up the tables. The dinner was at 5 PM When I contacted the owner Mary, she said that this is normal . She also stated that it is because of the fabric and that they needed to be folded. Since they are the professionals, I should've been told ahead of time that this was the best they could do. I told her how disappointed we were in the end result. I never asked for a refund or compensation from her. The reason is because from the very beginning of the conversation, she said this was normal. That is so hard to believe. What do you think?

It is open 24 hours! A wash is about $5 and dry is about $3 to get your stuff completely washed and dried. That's just for 1 load so a little pricy, but overall I would pay more for a clean laundry mat. Lots of washers and dryers available when I went. Parking right in front which was nice! Make sure to bring cash because the credit card change machine was broken!
