And while this is technically a butcher, it's definitely more like a meat market with prepackaged trays of meat (packaged in the back). Their selection of chicken, beef, lamb, and goat is cut primarily for curries, stews, etc. No true grill or smoker cuts available here. The butcher was very friendly and accommodating trying to get me a cut I could actually grill. The only thing available was essentially a t-bone however it was small with very little meat on it. And sadly once grilled medium-rare it became very tough. Admittedly this place may be a fantastic source of cubed goat for your paya... but the beef selection and quality is disappointing.
