We dropped by here for an afternoon coffee and snack. We are coffee fanatics so love to stop at local chains to try them out. We got a couple of iced lattes, smoothie, avocado toast and granola/yogurt bowl. The staff is friendly and greeted us as we entered. We waited quite a bit for our food when it wasn't terribly busy. Three orders ahead of us. I think it was because only two people were working both the food and coffee counters. The drinks were not very good. The coffee was mainly milk with no flavor, we couldn't taste the espresso or flavoring. The smoothie was ok but runny. The avocado toast was good but basic. Interesting it was put on a ciabatta bread bun top. The bowl was described as yogurt, Nutella, fruit and granola. It was mainly a like Nutella soft chocolate with small amount of granola and mostly fruit. Out of all of it, we ended up not finishing our coffees. This place has potential but is average. The food and juice options are good minus the drip coffee which tastes bad and is dry. The space itself is decent to come chill and or work on emails, etc. but, due to the lack of trained staff, it gets a much lower rating. The staff are indifferent, not attentive, not friendly nor communicative. They need to be better trained and or new staff need to be hired. It might be a manager/management issue. Also, the vibe of the place has potential, but needs some music, and or theme; it's a middle-of-the-road type place that doesn't prompt you to stay. My suggestion is to hire better staff and or hire a general manager who knows good customer service and hospitality. 2.5/5 read more

I actually came thinking it was a juice bar but was pleasantly surprised with the number of options available to someone who was hungry and/or thirsty. There was only one person up front but after I put in my order 4 people emerged from the back and my tea and smoothie were both made quickly. The only downside was a paleo/vegan bread I bought to try - it was prepackaged - was past it's due date and I didn't notice till after I took a big bite. Nasty. But they refunded it immediately and took all the rest of the brand off the shelves to take a closer look. It's the only reason my review isn't five stars. The ambiance is warm and I find it very inviting. Their music was enjoyable. If I lived closer I'd be here all the time. read more

This is a modern cafe located in Sterling. It is very clean and spacious. I went in on a weeknight, so it wasn't busy at all. They offer a variety of drinks ranging from hot coffee/tea to fresh juices. There also some food items on the menu as well. I don't think they are comparable to Starbucks, but they are up and coming. I would definitely recommend the fresh brewed coffee. I plan on returning to try another drink. read more

I visited this location that I didn't even realize was there on the whim that they had Keto options. And surely they did, coffee and smoothie's. This location is prime to study or bring in your laptop to work, there are a ton of outlets here and a lot of seats that are spaced apart. The service wasn't any issue for me as reported in other reviews, the coffee was delicious and I was surprised by the options they had available to order. I didn't try the food but if it's as good as the coffee then they have my recommendation. read more

DRNK is a nice little shop in a popular shopping center. It was the closest coffee place to us on a rainy day. We stopped in and ordered 2 lattes. It took a bit longer than expected to receive our drinks. There were no one else in the cafe other than us. The drinks were ok. It was nothing special or over the top. As we sat and drank our coffee, I was observing the workers. I saw many of the workers touch their phones. The interesting part was the fact that they went back to do their job by touching the fruits with the same gloves. Talk about sanitation! Do you know how dirty phones are? Got 3 blended drinks all of which were only fair. Mine had way too much ice in it. The other two had major separation of the liquid from the ice causing them to be all liquid on the bottom and all ice on top. Indicative that the barista did not know what she was doing. The atmosphere is nice, music a little too loud for my taste. Also has what looks like a really nice juice bar. Pretty expensive though. Doubt we will come back here. Update: Manager approached us to ask how our drinks were and seemed sincere wanting our honest opinion. I expressed my disappointment and he offered to remake the drinks. I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for DRNK/Qwench. I have been here several times, trying repeatedly to give them a chance. Every time, there aren't many customers in there at all, yet I routinely have to wait 15-20 minutes to get a sandwich (Sausage egg and cheese Ciabatta, which usually tastes pretty good) and my coffee. The staff is unfriendly most of the time in my experience as well. Today, I went again. I was told there was no cold brew coffee, and the only alternative was an iced americano, which was horrible. It had an awful taste to it. I'm not sure if this is the norm, but this was the first time that I've gotten it and I really disliked it. I also ordered the sausage egg and cheese ciabatta, only to hear from the staff 10 minutes into my waiting that they were out of ciabatta bread, and had an alternative of a bagel or a muffin. I opted for the everything bagel. It was possibly one of the worst bagels that I've had. It was merely dry bread in the shape of a bagel, and kind of ruined the sandwich for me. This is unfortunate because I believe that they have the ability to make good food and coffee, but never live up to the potential, despite several opportunities that I have given. First, the business is called "coffee and tea" but it shares the space (and apparently employees) with a juice bar. Second, I feel that part of my experience was my fault, because I ordered a pour over coffee at noon. The person who made it appeared to be a juice bar employee that someone had explained coffee to once. I wasn't expecting an award winning pour over, but if it is on the menu, then the person making it should understand the basic procedure. She did measure the beans, hastily, but did not select the right grind size for a chemex. She did not rinse the filter, just put the grounds straight in. It looked like there was some contraption built into the counter for the water, and I was curious to see how it worked. To my surprise, she filled a cup with hot water and just dumped it in. Without allowing the grounds to bloom at all, she filled the cup up again and dumped a second cup in. What I got was a sour and oily cup of coffee that simply was not worth the effort. I came when the place wasn't crowded. I got a breakfast sandwich and a hot coffee. The sandwich bread was chewy like it was microwaved for awhile and lacked flavor, and the coffee was underwhelming and took way too long to pour considering it was just a hot coffee and there was no line at all. Maybe they had to brew more? Not to mention the milk was out and again, barely anyone was there. The staff, all young girls, were nice but I'm not sure I would come back. read more

I was excited to try out this place! The space is nice and open. This review is based on the space and acai bowls only. My daughter and I like acai bowls and have been waiting forever for this place to open. We were VERY disappointed with the two acai bowls we ordered. We ordered a g bowl and the original bowl. The g bowl had acai, greek yogurt, banana, strawberries, almond milk topped with strawberries, almonds, granola and honey. You can substitute ingredients if you want to. The original bowl contains acai, banana, coconut, granola, strawberries and honey. Both bowls were very, very sweet! The fruit was frozen and slimey. I posted photos of the bowls. The freshest fruit was the banana. We felt like we were getting brain freeze with every bite. The consistency was not what I have had at other places. We spent $ 19.60 on two bowls and could not even finish the bowls after trying 5-6 spoonfuls. Just plain awful. Improvement is much needed here. At no point during our time there did anyone receive any coffee beverages. All of the people working there were exclusively working on the other side with the juices. People after us received their juice or bowls. When we asked for our refund no apology was given or an offer to make it right then and there. I would not recommend this coffee shop to anyone. If there was a 0 star option, that would be my review. I am extremely disappointed and angry with my experience here. I came here in the morning before school and I had a good 50 minutes to spare. They were extremely short staffed and it took them 15 minutes to come and even recognize we were there wanting to order a drink. Keep in mind, there were only probably 10 or less people there and some already had there food. After they took our order, it took them another 30 minutes to actually begin making our drinks. Because of this wait, we continually asked if our drinks were being made but they never started actually making our drinks. We decided that we did not have enough time to get to school if we waited for the drinks so we went to ask for a refund. We went up to ask them and they did not even answer our request for the refund and rudely just began to make the drinks we ordered without any say. At this point we were late to school and they never took the time to apologize and just gave us the drinks when we clearly asked for a refund. The 2 drinks we ordered cost $12 and they were just normal iced coffees that could be much cheaper and faster at Starbucks. The coffee was also bad quality and did not taste great. Overall I do NOT recommend this place with my horrible and unprofessional experience I had that ultimately made me late for school because of the overpriced and bad quality coffee. It took almost an hour for them to make simple ice coffees and I definitely do not recommend if you are ever in a rush. I definitely will not be returning and you shouldn't either. Decided to stop here for a coffee - ordered an Iced Americano. The cashier forgot my order, and only after 10 mins or so when I brought it up, did he go to make it. That part is ok, everyone forgets, but he then made a drink that was not an iced americano, and had dairy in it. It tasted like dairy, and was cloudy (whereas an americano just has espresso and water, no cloudy). I mentioned this, and the employee just said nope, that's an americano, no dairy. I am lactose intolerant, and may get some avg. indigestion if I drink dairy, but I hope no one who has a serious food or milk allergy goes here. read more

Love this place! Had a chicken panini which was real white chicken breast cooked clean. Had an Acai smoothie, and came back that afternoon for a G-Bowl...all so yummm. Big portions, very thick and tasty bowls and smoothies. The place is nice and modern. The staff is all very friendly. The location is great and the menu doesn't disappoint. But the service is terrible. I go out of my way now to go to Robeks, unfortunately. Last time I was there, 3 employees were working. It took 30 minutes to get a smoothie bowl because they were goofing around and whispering to each other. My bowl was pretty melted because it took so long to top it after semi-quickly blending the smoothie. I was the one of two people in the place, that was probably the last chance I'll give it. My boyfriend also had a time where he found rubber spatula in his bowl too. I'll give it two stars because the food is actually good, it's just getting to that end product that isn't worth it. read more

Decoration is nice and parking is easy. However coffee is not that good. I ordered orange ginger latte. The fragrance of orange is too strong and cover the taste of coffee. The bitterness is mainly from the syrup not from the coffee. They seems more focus on yogurt and juice. read more
