The instructors are okay, but the company is slow to respond. It is difficult to make driving…read moreappointments, and the staff does not respond to text requests. It takes 2 or three tries to reach staff on the phone (and they do not have a hold-in-line phone system). After the student has completed all requirements, the school is very slow to post the completion reports to the DOL, so students must wait two weeks to take the DOL skills exam for their license. I do NOT recommend this driving school.

Everyone here is wonderful, and I really appreciated that they responded to my voice message -- something many other organizations don't usually do. My driving instructor, Chris, made me feel calm and confident behind the wheel. We had small conversations during the test, which made the testing environment feel relaxed. He also mentioned that he's learning new languages like Ukrainian, Russian, and Arabic, so if someone taking the test has trouble with English, he can use directional terms in their native language. I even asked him to say a few words in Russian since this is my first language, and he pronounced them pretty accurately! I thought that was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do -- people have said it's really helpful for them!

My own son had a very aggressive, verbally abusive driving instructor when he attended 911 Salmon Creek Vancouver, Wa three years ago. Everytime I hear another story from a student who is attending this school I kick myself for not having complained at the time. Three years later the experiences of these students are getting worse. The brain does not work well when there is screaming and grabbing and speaking to a frightened new driver on the freeway. This most recent story include the instructor grabbing the student's head and demanding he look at him while driving OVER THE SPEED LIMIT (instructor demanded it). The student described the instructor as maniacal and likely on drugs. Do not send your kids here.
