I am switching to another form of transportation for my son. If you have special needs, or elderly, they are undependable, leaving my son with autism stranded and vulnerable ! Friday November 14, 2025 I called GTT at 9:30am to reserve a cab pick up for my son , who is special needs. The cab was to pick him up at his job between Hespeler and Guelph, on Hwy 24. At 3:05 pm I gave her full address of pick up and drop off. The dispatch confirmed all the info. I told her that he would pay The cab driver. I received a confirmation text immediately . At 2:50 pm , I received a text saying the driver was on their way , 3 texts actually. Saying what type of car etc that would pick him up. At 3:02 I received a phone call from GTT. She asked if I was trying to book a cab for pick up at Royal city nursery. I said not trying I booked and confirmed this am. She said well we cannot pick him up , I would have to call a cab in Guelph , but it would likely take 45 mins!! She asked if we have an account. I said no. I was not happy! I told her this is not an option.. he's autistic and why am I just getting a call now at his time of pick up . She said well the debit machine is down so can't pick him up! Never once did she ask if he was paying cash, or how he's paying . Just nothing she can do!! I got angry, said a few choice words and hung up! I was no where near his location, but stopped what I was doing and picked him up 30 mins later. He told me at 3:05 pm, at his pick up time he was outside waiting, saw Golden triangle taxi, drive right past him on hwy 24 , heading to Guelph! This is totally unacceptable!

The receptionist treated me like garbage…read moreand hung up on me, I assumed no one was coming because she didn't even let me speak or asking me when I needed a taxi by, and she kept yelling at me, so I booked another taxi company to come in 40 mins. The guy calls me and says I'm here. I told him I don't need him and didn't even think anyone would come. They he kept asking me what the exact address is (cause I only gave them an estimate) and I kept telling him I don't need him. He kept pressuring me and I finally said ok but I told him he'd have to wait 15-20 minutes cause I wasn't ready. He told me to cancel the other taxi so I did. He called me multiple times harassing me telling me he's going to leave and yelling at me. Then he harassed me during the car ride and basically forced me to tip him out of fear. He was very abusive. Not only that but he kept pressuring me and antagonizing me to pay immediately at the beginning of the trip and I told him one second I have to download the app and he kept interrupting me every 5 seconds telling me to pay. Actually unhinged behaviour. I used them once a few years ago and remembered having a bad experience too so nothing has changed. I regret this so much I wish I just took an Uber cause it's the same price and they actually screen their employees.

Very poor customer service. We booked an airport shuttle on…read morethe app as recommend on the website as well as being told this on previous booking. After booking on tge app I recieved two confirmation emails confirming both rides with time and drivers. The app requires you to set up an account with your payment information. The app showed that both rides were scheduled up until 4 hours before first pick up. At 4am I checked app again for our 4:15am pick up and noticed both rides where no longer on. To male a long story short our ride never showed. I call the office and no one answered. Two days later when I got a hold of someone in the office they apologized and said that they would be in contact with me after checking with operations. When they called me back the person proceeded to tell me that you are not able to book rides on the app and that there is no way that I could have booked my rides that way. Obviously they knew that they screwed up and tried to put the fault on me. When I asked why I would have gotten confirmation emails then the person started raising her voice to me telling me that was impossible since you can't book a ride on the app. Unfortunately I will never use this service again and will never recommend them to anyone.
