I really can't believe there are bad reviews of this place on here but that's Yelp for ya. Most of the bad reviews seem to be the fault of the reviewers themselves which is a sad thing for the best car dealership I've ever worked with. Buying a car knowing it has issues with the plans of repairing it and then being upset when it breaks down before you repair it? Hah! Complaining how your bad credit is causing you to have a high interest rate? Seriously? Use your head, people, and stop blaming others for things that are clearly on you. Check cars.com for more accurate reviews of this place before you come to any conclusions about the quality of this dealership. Anyways, this place was seamless. They were courteous, helpful, not pushy in any way, and extremely thorough. The prices were right, the vehicles in great shape, always upfront in showing the car history reports (most of them have 0 accidents unlike other places) and they helped me configure my financing to get the lowest interest rate possible. I went one day, test drove the car I wanted, and went back the next day to buy it. Both days, dealing with multiple people, I was very pleased with everything. The absolute worst. We had problems with our car from the beginning. Realize when you buy from them it's "as is" and they mean it. Car gave us trouble the SAME DAY we drove it off the lot, and they wouldn't even look at it without charging us. Their response was "you can have your old car back." Wow, thanks. Got a four year loan for the POS, in that time we spent more money on repairs than the price of the car. A few days after the very last payment on it, the transmission went. Now we have to get ANOTHER car. Nightmare and stress from beginning to end. They are completely full of it. Stay way. The people that I worked with at Driver's Mart are snakes. They tell you one thing and do another. I bought a vehicle with the intention of having my mechanic take a look. You have 5 days to return the vehicle if you find something. My mechanic looked over the car and found a few issues. I took it back to see if they would meet me in the middle to fix the issue. No they wouldn't and too actually return the car would have take at least a day to return. My advice. Do not buy a car from this place. If they let your mechanic review you car first great, otherwise stay away. You have been warned. read more

I'm new to the Orlando FL area and i needed a car, i went to like 100 dealerships and i didn't like any of the inventory or they just didn't want to work with me because i'm such a high risk. so i took my chances an went to Holler Drivers Mart. Walked in and people welcomed me and everyone seemed happy and joking around. They made me feel more comfortable. it was very hassle free and they tried to work with the banks to get me the best price they could get. My sales men was Will Fitzgerald, or 'Fitz' as they call him, he was very helpful at finding my a car for me that would fit their budget. i went with a 2001 toyota corolla and i Love it already...only advice is..if u find a toyota and u love it, dont hesitate, put something on it cuz they go fast haha. I told her it would take me close to 2 hrs and she told me they would be ready for us. I showed up at 6 and was told the car sold earlier in the morning. No apology...nothing! The salesman John was pushy and less than interested in helping us. We were in a bind and needed a car. He told us how nice the car was and how the previous owners took good care of it. He told us the "Car Fax" showed no accidents and no problems. He also told us, anything that goes wrong with the car will be covered under the warranty. So, we bought the car and was told we could bring it back in 5 days. We were told to come back in 7 days to have a GPS put on it for the leinholder. The mechanic who did that told us, "theres a bad sound coming from your engine, Bring it in so we can look at it." We couldn't stay that day but a week later, The car was infested with freshly hatched german roaches. We took it back and they told me it was my problem and they can't vouch for the cars they sell "as is". I left fuming. I then took it to my mechanic to see what the noise was, he stated it needs a complete transmission replacement. The warranty people stated that they aren't going to cover it because it was pre-existing and its on the dealership. I'm having to get an attorney to deal with these people. BUYER BEWARE!!!! They will scam you into buying Gap Insurance for $799 and tell you that your lender requires it. This is false! Check with your lender. I was foolish enough to fall for it and quickly cancelled when I found the same insurance for $2, YES $2!!! from my auto insurance company. I cancelled it on 12-17-15 and to date still no refund. I called a few weeks ago and was told they don't keep that info in the computer and my paperwork was archived and I should check with my lender, blah, blah, blah. I just called there again after checking with my lender and the gap insurance company and again no record of my paperwork so no one can help me until I send Holler a copy of the paperwork that they gave me. On Saturday, April 29th, I purchased a 2104 Chevy Cruze from Holler Driver's Mart. During the test drive, one of the tires was very low (almost flat) and it was clear that the tire pressure sensors were programmed incorrectly, since it showed the low tire in the wrong position. I asked them to air up the tire, make sure it had no nails or other leaks, and program the sensors correctly. They took the car looked at it, and ensured me that the tire had no leaks and the sensors had been reprogrammed. This morning, the same tire as before is flat, and it's clear that the sensors still display the wrong positions. Furthermore, upon checking the other tires, it's obvious that they simply over filled all the tires to mask the issue of the low tire without having to repair it. The other tires are pressurized well over the maximum safe pressure. Now, I have no problem with buying a used car in "as-is" condition. What I DO have a problem with, is the staff LYING STRAIGHT TO MY FACE about correcting the issues, and creating an unsafe driving condition for me in the process. Their lack of honesty and integrity is appaling. Therefore, I will never be doing business here again, nor can I recommend them to anyone else. read more

We went there because we saw online a couple of cars that we were looking to buy. Jesus Rosado showed us the cars and we test drove them. We loved the one that we purchased but the tires on the front were a little worn, and we asked if they could be replaced, but the answer was, they couldn't because the car was sold "as Is". We bought the car anyways because we loved it, but I think that could have been taken care of. Other than that, Jesus was very nice and helpful. We understood that his hands were tied and he had to comply with the company policies. So for Jesus Rosado, i give him 5 stars, but the company gets 3 stars, because the little things... go a long way. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy!!!! The prices are low, I'll give them that, but on day 5, with 292 of the 300 miles driven, the car basically went haywire. The thermostat, a/c, and value gaskets ALL broke....I even pulled the rear door handle off! That was a first. They over charged for the tag fee, and when I finally complainied enough for them to return the car, they were ready to charge another 400 for a tag, even though I just got one from them 5 days prior. Long story short.... Go elsewhere, the old adage applies- if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't. read more

Horrible dealership, please go elsewhere! First things first, I put down 2k and have a 18% interest rate on a car that will not run!!! It has nonstop issues since I left the dealership. I told my salesman every single time the car broke down and he withheld information about my warranty.The salesman and the finance department both told me that I had an engine warranty. I NEVER received my warranty paperwork, and when my engine finally went out, it happened to go out 7k miles after the warranty ended!! When I finally got a copy of my warranty, I found out that I had a FULL warranty, aside from basic wear & tear!!! How infuriating for me to pay $1500+ for a warranty that I didn't even know of, in addition to paying everything else tearing up on the car! The customer service was HORRIBLE. I called everyday for a week and got the run around about my warranty paperwork, and they knew that I was completely stranded. I left messages for the finance supervisor, my salesman, etc. I called the finance company, I called the warranty company. They only sent the paperwork AFTER my boyfriend finally called. I am now stuck with this car that is completely broken down, I have to make payments on it, and fix it up to be able to get rid of the POS! read more

i am so very disappointed and upset with this dealership!! holler classic should not be the name you trust?!? that is the biggest joke ever!! i drove a 2006 buick rendezvous off of their lot on april 5th, and by april 27th my car had broke down. it's either a problem with the gear stick or the transmission. i don't know yet because with the rent and car payment due around the 1st of the month who has money for towing and repairs! these people ought to be ashamed of themselves! two different gentlemen who worked there both stated that the dealership does not "fix up" or "maintenance" the cars they sell. they get them from "wherever" clean them up to make them look good and then sell them. forget about your safety or your hard earned money being flushed down the drain on repairs!!! i would never recommend them to anyone! they do not care about their customers, they only care about making a dollar!! your money would be better spent elsewhere!! read more

Worst service I've ever experienced. We just moved here from Jacksonville and needed service on our 2008 Impala. My husband dropped the car off to have an estimate for brakes and service on transmission. This was our 2nd attempt here for the same transmission problem. After several days we got the call to pick our car up with NO estimate on the brakes. We waited for someone to locate our service ticket (no one knew where it was) while the cashier called every department asking for our service ticket. A service employee named David Durchslag apparently found it and stepped back outside and I followed. I asked him to please let me take him for a ride to show him what the car was doing. He said "NO, and even if the car did it while I was in the car 'WE WILL NOT FIX IT.'" Even after offering to pay for the service and the part David's response was still "no". When I ask why, he said "because it doesn't show anything on the computer." Well the car is still not fixed and is under warrantee. It seems as if Holler Chevrolet does not do warrantee work and the service people are very rude and unprofessional. Might I add David told me the service manager, Mike Laing, would not help me if I were to call and ask for help nor would Elmer the General Manager. I personally drive a BMW and service is amazing to say the least. Anytime I have service done it is followed by the service manager calling me personally about my visit and an internet questionnaire. I doubt Holler will contact me about my visit to his dealership as this might be too high tech for them still. read more

I paid $21,000. for a car i'm already having problems with as it has leakage from the engine area by the oil pan, plug and seal. ALSO, I was charged a dealer fee/other fees when I did THEIR work by doing my OWN financing and gave them a bank draft, but still got charged like THEY did all that work. They didn't drop the price on the car at all to help absorb their fees, they even OVER charged me for a plate TRANSFER. I drove 6 HOURS total, paid for gas, tolls going and coming, and they ASSURED me there was NO issues with the car. JOE Izquierdo, the salesman was very attentive as u can tell he was all about the SALE of the car. But once the car was sold. He was impossible to reach. I ended up calling the Sales Manager Samuel Moreno and he was making excuses for Joe not responding my calls AND texts. I explained the issues and sent him pictures. He said if I wanted, I can return the car. MIND U he knows I was complaining about how much driving I did at 6 hours total. I told him i'll return the car and leave him negative feedback and get my car I traded him for that he gave me $1000 to $2000. LESS then other dealers had offered me. Then all of a sudden, a few minutes later, NOW JOE isn't too busy to call me. I explain to him the issue and ask him to stop making excuses to not call me just cause he got the sale already and doesn't want to be bothered. He said he will talk to SAM about it. I got no response after that so I blew up his cell phone AGAIN. Later very late, after several times of me blowing up his phone again, he responds saying SAM said to bring in the car and he will pay to have it DIAGNOSED. I told him I don't need it diagnosed cause I already know what the problems are and I sent him them same pictures I attached here as proof and instead to give me that money to add to the cost of fixing it as it's too much driving for me plus gas and tolls he won't pay AND SAM the manager said he will CHARGE ME to fix it On TOP of all that. I asked if he could at LEAST send me just $150. to help cover some of the cost to fix it. He said no and he will pay to diagnose it which I already explained and showed the issue and asked for that money instead since I live so far and he wants to charge me to fix it anyway, even though I have 3 days to return the car. BUT if I returned it, he would have to FIX it ANYWAY and pay full price to fix it BEFORE he can sell the car anyway, so why not just send me the diagnostic money, $150. is all i'm asking for, that's not being greedy at all and it saves me another 6 hours total driving plus gas and tolls. DOES this make ANY sense at all? This is MEGA SHADY!! So I kept blowing up Joe's phone but he didn't respond at all till very late night during my last attempt when I told him I was gonna report them to the bbb. That's when he finally responded and brushed me off. AND they tried blaming ME that I somehow damaged it?? Now this car has a HUGE metal shield plate under the car carriage and the pan and plug are pretty high above off of that so there was NO WAY I could have damaged that, especially driving back home late at night to park it in the garage and go to sleep from such a long day. Sam said, MAYBE it was damaged during their oil change. OBVIOUSLY that was the case and he seemed to know about it. But u couldn't tell cause all the oil was leaking on that under carriage plate so it took time to seep through it and out of it, especially since it took being used to cause the oil to leak enough to see. They did NOT stand by me as a customer nor did right by me. And I wasn't being greedy either. They were more concerned with their profits. I didn't even get the cars price lowered, I paid their FULL price and all their fees and STILL?? If u wanna take a chance, that's ur business, but then u get what u deserve if car issues come up. It's all about the SALE for them and if u get an issue, ur loss. read more

I purchased a 2007 BMW 335i from Holler automart and the first night i went into look at the vehicle the battery in the car was dead, so I wasnt able to see much of the car, I went beack a couple days later after my salesman had called to tell me the car was ready to view. It was working fine, I noticed that there were 2 keys for the vehicle at the time. I agreed to pay the price on the sticker on the vehicle, it took a couple days for the bank paperwork to process, in that time frame the price of the vehicle on the website had dropped, so i called to confirm if i was going to get the price on the website and I was told YES, by this time the bank had already made the check out for the higher price, so the dealership told me they would send me back a refund check for the difference, THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Also when i went to take delivery of the vehicle they only gave me 1 key!!! they lost the spare key, which cost $450 at the BMW dealership!!!!! They made up excuses about the key and I never got the 2nd set! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! read more

I thought this was going to be a good experience and review. Got in very early, was attended to immediately, and the salesman showed me a nice car. I highly recommend you finance with your own bank or a reputable institution, they wanted to tack on almost 3k in a warranty to finance with their bank. Then the salesman hands me a sheet of paper with $300 written on it very large and says I get a maintenance/service credit. What he conveniently fails to mention is they will tack on the $300 to the sales price of the car. When I demand the $300 be returned, they feed me a line "we have to do the entire financing portion over because the $300 has to be worked in. Really? Here is how you work it in, you write the proper sales price in and you subtract $300 from my $1,000 cash deposit and EVERYTHING else should remain the same. When all is said and done financing manager, or whoever she is, tells me the paper work was all messed up and when they receive the money from my bank they will write me a check for my $300. RIDICULOUS. I wonder how many other people's paperwork get's "all messed up"? They must rack up a ton of money on people who don't review their documents and do the math themselves. FYI make sure you check any used vehicle you buy from anywhere. Brought this car to a mechanic same day I picked it up. I would never send a soul I know to buy there but hey if your options are limited just play close attention to every number. Drove 40 miles to look at a Nissan Xterra. I liked the vehicle & started the buying process. I had been pre-approved by my Credit Union with a Pre-Approved express draft, which they wouldn't accept. 1st car dealer I've ever seen that didn't except this document. I have great credit, so allowed them to seek other lenders. They found a comparable loan; however, they now wanted to charge me a $100.00 loan processing fee....seriously? The saleswoman printed out an AutoCheck history on the vehicle, which indicated a lien on the vehicle. When I asked the Sales manager for some type of written proof that the lien was no longer valid, he seemed insulted that is verbal assurance wouldn't suffice and said well then don't buy the vehicle. The internet ad stated no-haggle price, which was a good price for this vehicle, the ad also stated tax, tag, & $699.00 dealer & document fee. When the finance manager handed me the paper work there were additional redundant fees. So, the $9500.00 vehicle was now $11,300.00. Then her manager walked in heavy-handedly and told me that's the price, take it or leave it. I said have a nice day, and walked out. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. The Sales Manager, Orlando, was rude, arrogant, condescending. The Finance manager & her boss were both void of any customer service skills what so ever. Stay away, stay far far away.... read more
