This dealer is corrupt and deceptive!!!…read more I wish I had read all the bad Rennsport and negative Google reviews before buying a car from these charlatans. I purchased a Porsche that they had listed on eBay. As an out of state buyer they ended up doing the deal directly so I no longer had eBay negative feedback protection. I'm sure they plan it that way so their eBay feedback doesn't change. Once the car arrived, it had mechanical problems that Schmitt failed to reveal. When I went back to them to sort it out, they sent me a copy of the "As Is" page basically saying buyer beware and it's not their responsibility. I tried multiple times to contact Daniel Schmitt to appeal and solve this matter but he refuses to take my call. I hope I can save another future buyer from the misery!!

I'll start by saying Tim was great to deal with and seemed like a straight up honest guy. The crappy part came after we had already hashed out a deal and I had even signed a purchase order agreement. They were going to give me 205k for my trade and the car I was wanting was listed at 190k. I still gave them a $2k good faith deposit on Friday to hold the car until a PPI was done on Tuesday but they sold the car out from under me anyways on Monday after I told them I wouldn't buy it without the PPI which I was also paying for ‍. They sold it to someone willing to buy without a PPI who had come into the dealership after I gave them the deposit. I told them if they were truly not worried about something coming up on the PPI then they should have nothing to worry about, it was a done deal. We had a deal and they couldn't just wait one more day and actually follow through with it. Money over morals I suppose. I'd recommend Tim but definitely not this dealership.
