The inspection should have showed it was the transmission that was bad and I've not gotten my money back or even a call from the owner!! When I called for the owner information I never got a call back to give me the phone number to the owner.. I will be complaining on a regular until I'm made whole!!

Then I told them I was 5 hours away and wanted to talk price AND have the salesperson walk around the car because the pictures looked less than great. It looked like the car had not been detailed. Then they started calling me every day, and each time was a different person. One guy told me he could not get anyone to look at the car and call me. I called back one last time and the lady who answered (again it sounded like a boiler room) kept saying "you need to stop by", and after telling her 3 times I was 5 hours away, he acted like I never said it. Then I started reading Yelp reviews. This is an old school super high pressure dealership. Sounds like the add a ton of pricing onto the sticker for a used car. Now I understand why the car was priced so aggressively....they were likely to add on once I got there. This is NOT a good place to buy a car. Their rating everywhere are bad.

What made this experience truly exceptional was the care and professionalism shown not just to me, but to my son as he purchased his first car. The entire team went out of their way to turn the process into an educational, confidence-building experience for him--something I genuinely appreciate as a parent. I want to specifically recognize Eric Jensen, Sales Professional, who was patient, knowledgeable, and generous with his time, walking my son through every step of vehicle selection and the sales process. Chris Moose, CDJR General Manager, exemplified leadership and professionalism, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and transparently. And Colin Wickstrom, Owner, reinforced why this organization operates at such a high level--his involvement, friendliness and commitment to customer experience clearly set the tone for the entire group. From start to finish, there was zero pressure, clear communication, and a refreshing level of honesty that's rare in today's automotive market. Wickstrom Automotive Group treats customers like long-term relationships, not transactions and dare I even say my son and I had a ton of fun throughout this process. If you're looking for a dealership group that sets the gold standard for how car buying should be done--especially for a first-time buyer--I give Wickstrom Automotive Group my strongest recommendation.

I go the first time and worker says it well we will need this all day. No one told me at booking and I had no ride. They didn't have a courtesy car. So he rebooks me the following week saying he will have a car for me. Get there today and it's a different employee (mark) who basically laughs at me for thinking he would have a car. Says he would need a million cars if they did courtesy cars. Okay well then why did they tell me they cold last week? He says they do rentals but he is all out. Okay they have a service tech drive me home. I say I have to get it back by 3 because I have to pick my kids up. Mark balks at this saying they don't have a magic wand (7 hours apparently isn't enough time with my vehicle). I hear nothing all day so I call at 145 and the person I talk to says they will call me back. Finally call back at 230 to say we will send someone to grab you, cars not done and schedule another day. I said well my husband can leave work early to give me his car if you can pick him up at 545. He says oh we stop shuttling people at 5. So I give up. I have gone twice (15 mins each way) during my work day to be lied to and they did zero work. I told him I am not paying their $200 diagnose fee since they did nothing and I'm never coming back. 0 stars. Terrible service. UPDATE: the service manger (Bill) called me that same evening apologizing profusely and asking for a second chance. Mentioned I was leaving Friday for a road trip so I really didn't have time. Asked me to come back the next day (Thursday) and he assured me great service and a rental car waiting. I was hesitant but said yes. Asked for Bill upon arrival and he said to his team that my car needed to go back immediately and he would call me in an hour with an update. I even said well don't over promise I think it's an electrical issue and likely take more than an hour. He said nope, no matter what I'll give you an update in an hour. When did he call me? never. Around 130 I get an email with estimates totaling close to $3k and still no one has called. I call to talk to an actual human and get walked through things. He says they will need the car til Friday. I said well what time because I'm leaving with my family at 12 pm for a trip. He says yeah should be done by then. I'll call you at the end of today with an update. When does he call me? NEVER. 730 Friday I get a text from them saying my car will be washed and ready at 330 pm. I reply saying I thought 12 because I told you I was leaving on a trip? Got a sorry but we can't make it happen. So their attempt to make it up to me did not go well. While my car is fixed, the service and communication were just awful. Delayed my trip by several hours.

From the moment I walked in, Eric made the entire process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions without any pressure, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach really stood out. What truly set this experience apart from any dealership I've worked with in the past was how seamless and efficient everything was. Eric was a true one-stop resource--handling everything from the vehicle details to paperwork and financing. There was no back-and-forth between different departments, which made the process incredibly straightforward. Remarkably, I was able to walk in, complete everything, and drive out with the keys in hand in about an hour. That level of efficiency is almost unheard of when buying a car, and it made a typically time-consuming experience refreshingly easy. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend working with Eric Jensen at Wickstrom Auto Group--you'll be in great hands. I am thankful I stumbled upon doing business with Eric and at same time annoyed I just found him. I don't foresee working with anyone else next time I am in the market and it's great that as part of Wickstrom Auto Group he can support the Ford and Lincoln models in addition to Jeep.

To make matters worse, the part that was ordered was incorrect--it was not a blind spot assist tail light. This is evident from the cost difference: the part received was $444, while the correct blind spot tail light is $700. I spent over 4 hours at the dealer FOR A TAIL LIGHT!!! Still wasn't resolved. Instead the fix was to tell me get an aftermarket tail light, because the one they would have to order is on backorder for months. I specifically asked why this wasn't double-checked, as it resulted in wasted time and no resolution. I was told that it was not worth the technician's time to verify and that you rely solely on the catalog--even when the catalog is incorrect. That is not an acceptable explanation. When there is uncertainty, the appropriate step is to verify the part, not proceed and hope it's right. For comparison, I was able to locate the correct part myself through a dealership with a simple phone call. I picked it up on Friday, and my husband installed it. At this point, this situation has been both frustrating and inefficient. I expect better attention to detail and accountability moving forward.
