The medical assistant, Ali, was so helpful and wonderful--she was kind, attentive, and made the whole process easy. As a professional, I told her where to go and showed her the veins. Unfortunately she enjoyed hitting tendons. Not only did she probably barely pass anatomy but her knowledge of vitamins was poor. I draw my own blood to monitor my vitamin levels, and asked her not to include Vitamin b12 as my body doesn't need it according to my results on Thursday morning. She missed my veins and wanted to "compensate " me by giving me a vitamin b12 that I would have had to pay for with a discount, after showing her my test results. Poor bedside manners and listening skills. I imagine the company is trying to cut back and save money by hiring anyone who barely passes their NCLEX like Cynthia. I made an appointment today at 1 for 2:30 because they told me they closed at 3:30. I arrived at 2:10 pm and the office was closed. I sent texts and got an automated response. I called another number they have for general questions, not for appointments, and a woman told me they closed at 2:30 pm today. I told her I made an appointment at 2:30, arrived early, it was closed. I stopped doing other things to be there, and she just said, do you want an appointment for Thursday?" Of course not. You can't even speak with a representative on the phone. That system is terrible and very inconvenient. Now I'll look for another place to go that offers the same services, but be organized and take responsibility.
