There is constant staff turnover, so every time I went in it felt like I was dealing with someone new who didn't know my history. The last straw was when I had a scheduled appointment, went to the location, and found the place completely dark and locked. I waited inside in the dark thinking maybe someone was late, but no one ever showed up. I called, texted, and left messages -- to this day I've received zero response. Meanwhile, I already paid for the service. They are only open on "certain days," but clearly even then you can't rely on them to actually show up. It's completely unprofessional and disrespectful of clients' time and money. Honestly, they should close their doors rather than continuing to scam people with services they can't deliver.

The treatment includes two sessions. The first two months I had the treatment; I felt the area of treatment getting warm. By the third month, I did not feel anything. I told the manager the machine was malfunctioning. She told me the machine was working properly as the machine shows it. Fourth month, first session didn't feel anything. Once the session ended, I touched the plates and they were cold. Second session, I felt warm from the beginning. When done, I touched the plates and they were warm. Once again, I explained the situation to the manager (I was told her name was Kennedy). She didn't even listen to me. She kept on saying the machine was working properly. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Unfortunately, my interaction with Kennedy left me feeling uncomfortable and unheard.
